Refreshing Start to a New Week - Monday (03/31/2025)

I feel refreshed as my condition is at its best.


What do you want to do today?

Reading, exercising, and practicing embodying my ideal future self.


Good:

Since I have been adjusting my workouts and diet not for the sake of exercising or dieting itself but to optimize my condition, my overall well-being has significantly improved.


Bad:

None.


� Today's Lesson:

One of the most important philosophies that has greatly helped me is living at a world-class level. Life is too short, so you must treat yourself in the best way possible. The better you take care of yourself, the more your relationships—with people, work, money, and the world—will improve in alignment. External relationships reflect your inner relationship with yourself. That’s the nature of being human.


Invest in the best books you can buy—you will be rewarded manifold. Even if you can only afford a salad from a high-end restaurant in your city, make sure it is a fantastically prepared meal of the highest quality. Visit the finest hotel in your city and enjoy a cup of coffee. If you love your city’s professional sports team, rather than watching multiple games from cheap seats, attend one game courtside. Drive the best car you can afford. Listen to exciting music every day. Visit art galleries and let the creativity and spirit of great painters influence your soul.


Show love to others whenever you can. William Penn once said:

✨ Today's Realization:

Having spent sufficient time in solitude for growth, I now believe it is time to treat myself as magnificently as possible, just as Robin Sharma suggests. I will slowly embrace external experiences and reward myself generously. Since today marks both the beginning of a new week and the final day of this month, I will not consider anything "too late" but will start taking action immediately.


Today’s Practices:


Avoid natural proteins.


Reduce magnesium intake to 50mg.


Nothing in this world is as powerful as purity.


Never tell even the smallest lie; always remain pure, kind, and sincere.


Organizing contacts, updating the calendar, cleaning, and laundry.


Gratitude Journal:

I am deeply grateful that I can start my day feeling healthy and refreshed, without any worries, and live a day filled with things I truly desire.

One Thing for Today: Uploading an article on exercise.

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin health, regular body massages and half-baths must be continued.


Detox days must be scheduled at least once a week.


Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate Goal:


Achieve a dopamine spike within 30 minutes.


Never isolate myself today—engage in compound and low-weight exercises with some cardio.


Workout Plan:


Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip & hamstring relaxation) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Overall muscle & compound cardio.

I will not exercise just for the sake of it, but to enhance my condition.
