Transformation Tuesday

Transformation Tuesday (04/01/2025)

How do I feel today?

It feels like I'm stuck in an inexplicable sense of stagnation. I'm seeking change to make a fresh start.

What do I want to do today?

Reading, exercising, and practicing embodying my future ideal self.

Good:

Finishing my workout routine as early as possible allows me to sleep and wake up earlier. Exercising too late at night had been keeping me alert. Gradually adjusting my sleep schedule this way seems like a good approach.

Bad:

Lately, I've been fasting for too long, which seems to be making me more irritable. I’ll try to ease this by eating at least a banana.

 Today's Learning:

"After writing that sentence, I began working as if I had already achieved the goal—because I had to. Neville said, ‘The future becomes reality in the imagination of those who wisely and consciously shape their environment.’ He also stated, ‘Think from the result.’ In other words, rather than working toward the goal, one must consider the moment they declare the goal as the moment they have already arrived."

— Bob Proctor

✨ Today's Realization:

"It seems like we're working against the natural order of things. There's something wrong with the way we're working, though we may not know what it is yet. But I’m sure you feel the same way. We’re working too hard, and that’s not how it should be. Things should flow effortlessly."

"If you don’t have a clearly defined goal, you end up being remarkably diligent in performing minor tasks every day, ultimately becoming enslaved by them. If everything aligns smoothly, then you can assume you're on the right path and working in harmony with the natural laws."

— Bob Proctor

"There is no force in this world stronger than purity."

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always act with purity, goodness, and sincerity.

Gratitude Journal:

I sincerely appreciate starting another day with good health and a fresh mind, living a day filled with what I truly want to do.

Today's Enjoyment:

"A master remains composed in any situation. An elite individual creates an environment where they can always remain composed."

Workout not just for the sake of working out, but for optimizing my condition.

Weekly Goal: Spend Friday at Four Seasons.

April Goal: Spend at least one day a week at Four Seasons.

2025 Goal:

Train my character to become pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, and graceful in both heart and actions.

Increase outdoor activities.

Change my time, people, and environment.

Become a billionaire.

Training:

Act as if I have already achieved it—today is a rehearsal for my future self.

Flow naturally, like water.

The true art of love is not using techniques.

The true art of conversation is not using techniques.

What I see and think now determines who I am.

If I’m not enjoying it, it’s a sign that something is wrong.

The place I am now is my future.

Avoid scattering my luck on meaningless things—focus on one.

Routine is a sacred act of refining simplicity through years of trial and error.

Greet with my whole being.

My mindset shapes my posture.

Silence, moderation, immersion.
