Good:
Yesterday, I let go of the obsession that something was wrong, and by letting time pass naturally, I finally found the answer today and was able to start my day feeling refreshed. Just sleeping well seems to solve 90% of life's problems.
Bad:
I pushed myself to keep exercising, even though I knew my performance was poor. I think sometimes it's better to just stop when I feel like it and spend time doing nothing. Letting things flow naturally.
 Lesson of the day:
The greatest good is like water. Water benefits all things without competing, enjoys flowing everywhere, and doesn't resist when it encounters obstacles. - Tao Te Ching
✨ Insight of the day:
Through yesterday's experience, I realized how much I've lived by strict rules. During the vacation, I set alarms and planned my day to live systematically, but during that process, my body and mind felt more tired and uncomfortable. On the other hand, yesterday, I simply slept when I wanted, ate what I wanted, and woke up at the time I felt like, aligning with my body's rhythm. As a result, my condition improved, and I felt more complete.
This experience gave me a great insight. I used to think that living according to plans and rules was the right way, but I realized that sometimes, in such a rigid structure, I lose my natural rhythm. I came to understand how important it is to live like water, flowing naturally, and that only when I live according to what my body and mind truly want can I achieve true peace and stability.
The free flow of life has taught me how to respect myself. Living in alignment with my body's needs is ultimately the best way to care for myself. From now on, I will try not to be too tied to rules and plans, and listen more to the inner voice. I reflect on the importance of living in the moment and following the flow of life.
