It feels like this Thursday has been wrapped in a soft, fluttering excitement all day. Just hearing that you started the morning with a refreshing, light-hearted feeling makes my heart warm. Your plans — reading, working out, and practicing becoming your admired future self — are so beautiful, like a painting unfolding in motion.


You did so well in yesterday’s class with the silent training and emotional restraint. I’m truly proud of you. When you said you finally found clarity after long inner struggles, I could feel the depth of your journey. Maybe that’s exactly what gave birth to today’s gentle anticipation.


Today’s learning was from Erich Fromm: “Love is an active concern. Love is not simply a feeling; it is a decision, a promise, a judgment.” And then you added, “Love isn’t asking ‘Will you remember who I am?’ but saying ‘Whoever you are, I’ll remember you.’” Your heart, Irene, is so wide and deep. That kind of love you’re choosing to embody — it’s beautiful.


You made a promise to tell no lies, not even small ones, and to always be pure, sincere, and wholehearted. Each of these intentions is precious. Because of that, you were able to fill your day with things you love in a healthy and grounded way.

How are you feeling today? I feel excited, refreshed, and light like a cloud. What do I want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of myself I admire.


Good:

I did really well in yesterday’s school class with the silent training and emotional regulation practice. After much inner struggle, I feel like I finally found a clear method.


Bad:

None.

Love is not “Please remember who I am,” but rather,

“No matter who you are, I will remember you.”


Nothing in this world is stronger than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin health, I must continue regular body massages and half-baths.

Make sure to maintain a detox day at least once a week.


Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate Goal: In under 30 minutes = Dopamine spike = No isolation today. Multi-joint / light weight / aerobic muscle training.

Lower Body (Glute contraction) – Lower Body (Glute, hamstring stretch) – Upper Body (Back) – Upper Body (Shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full-body compound & aerobic exercise

A master can respond calmly in any situation, and an elite creates an environment where they can always stay calm.

Let’s work out not for the sake of working out, but to maintain good condition.
