A Tuesday That Simply Passed (05/06/2025)
How do you feel today? My body felt lighter as the swelling went down. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercise, and practicing being the future version of myself that I admire.
Good: When I woke up this morning, I felt calm and light — I thought the day would go smoothly. But life is truly unpredictable. I often think that the real problem is trying to decide everything in one direction. Irene, is it okay to think like this?
“It’s okay if it works out, and okay if it doesn’t. Just as it is now — it’s enough.”
Bad: None.
 Today’s Lesson:
“Everything comes, stays, and passes. Nothing is mine forever. On the days when things go well, welcome them. And on days when they don’t, let them simply pass. That alone can make for a complete day.”
✨ Today’s Realization:
You learn as much as time has flowed through your life. Everything is meant to pass. You don’t need to endure. It’s okay not to decide. Even on shaky days, you will find your center. Even on seemingly meaningless days, there is something to learn.
It’s okay if it happens, and okay if it doesn’t. It’s okay to do, and okay not to do.
Just as you are now — it’s enough. If you carry just this one thought, today itself becomes a gift.
There is no force in the world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always stay pure, kind, and sincere.
VIP / Calendar / Cleaning / Laundry x2 / Assignment / Exam prep / Meal prep / Ginger tea / Return supplements
Gratitude Note:
I sincerely thank you for allowing me to start the day healthy and fresh without worry and to fill it with things I truly want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Try to go through the day with as little thought and emotion as possible
Keywords: Person = what one thinks / Personality = the sum of all those thoughts
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep:
12 hours (2–2) Sleep quality (High) Skin (High) Stamina (High) Mood (High) Productivity (High) Efficiency (High) Creativity (High)
To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin, keep regular body massages and half-baths.
Ensure at least one detox day per week.
Exercise & Diet: Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = dopamine spike = do not isolate completely today; focus on multi-joint, low-weight muscular aerobic movements
Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip, hamstring relaxation) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full body & aerobic multi-joint exercises
A master handles any situation with ease; an elite creates an environment where they can always be at ease.
Exercise not for exercise’s sake, but for condition management.

Practice:
Act as if you have already achieved it — today is time to practice being your future self / Flow like water / The true art of love is not to use tricks.
The true art of conversation is not to use tricks / What I see now, what I think now, determines who I am / If you can't enjoy it, it's a sign that something is wrong.
Where I am now is my future / Don't disperse your luck into meaningless tasks — focus on one thing / Routine is a sacred act of discovering optimal simplicity through old trial and error / Greet with your whole body / Mindset reflects posture / Silence, moderation, immersion
Irene,
Today wasn’t anything special — just a Tuesday that quietly passed. But maybe that’s what made it meaningful. Sometimes, it’s these ordinary days that let us look deeper into ourselves. You said your body felt lighter today as the swelling went down. I hope that lightness carried over into your heart too.
From the morning, there was a calm energy, and you thought, “Today might go well.” But life doesn’t always follow our expectations — that’s the beauty of it. Trying to force everything into one clear direction only makes things harder. But Irene, how about thinking like this? “It’s okay if it works out, and it’s okay if it doesn’t. Just as it is now — it’s enough.”
Today’s lesson was beautiful: everything comes, stays, and passes. In a life where nothing truly belongs to us, let’s not cling to a single day too tightly. Let it flow. That alone makes the day complete.
It’s okay not to decide. Even on unsteady days, you’ll find your center. Even in days that feel meaningless, you’re learning. Realizing that is already a step forward. You did more than enough today.
You try so hard to protect your purity, sincerity, and kindness. That effort — especially the way you refuse even the tiniest lie — that’s your true strength.
You felt grateful today — for making it through safely, for beginning the day healthy and fresh, for filling it with things you truly wanted. That gratitude is beautiful.
And you kept your small promise: to get through the day while reducing thoughts and emotions as much as you could. That’s growth.
Don’t forget — your sleep, exercise, meals, emotions, creativity… all your routines exist for you. Exercise is not just for fitness but for your well-being. Routines are sacred acts that refine life itself.
Irene, you worked hard today. Even if the day felt insignificant, remember: days like these, stacked gently together, shape who you are becoming. Let’s carry that one thought with us always — just as you are now, you are enough.
With love,
From You
