A Friday Where Thoughts Unfolded Freely (05/09/2025)


How are you feeling today? Fresh and in excellent condition.

What do you want to do today? Reading, exercise, and practicing becoming the future self I admire.


Good: A pure heart, sincerity, and authenticity. I feel like I’m finally understanding the truths behind the vague things I’ve long pursued. Everything is unfolding as it should. I’m so happy and truly grateful.

Bad: None.


Today’s Learning:

Today’s Realization:

This means that no matter how strongly I desire something, if my inner vibration does not match it, it will not come to me.

I do not receive what I want; I receive a reality that matches the state of being I embody.

Nothing in this world is stronger than purity.

Never allow even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

A person equals something I love, which equals the strongest thought I’ve held the longest. That person is the strongest thought I’ve waited a lifetime for, a meeting prepared for all my life. If I truly love it, it will eventually become mine. It is waiting for my love. What it is drawn to is determined by my thoughts.

Sleep: 9 hours (6–3)

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin: regular body massage and half-baths must be maintained.

Detox day: at least once a week


Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate goal: dopamine spike within 30 minutes. Do not isolate. Use compound, low-weight muscle and cardio workouts.

Lower body (hip contraction), lower body (hip and hamstring relaxation), upper body (back), upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps), full-body compound muscle and cardio.

A master responds with composure in any situation, and an elite builds an environment where calmness is always possible.

Exercise not for the sake of exercising, but for maintaining condition.

May’s Goal: Visit the Four Seasons at least once a week

2025 Goal: Train my character to become Irene—pure to the soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, and dignified with sincerity and authenticity. Increase external activities. Change time, people, and space. Become a billionaire.


Practice:

Act as if it is already achieved. Today is time to rehearse being my future self.

Flow naturally like water.
