Irene,
How was your day? When you asked yourself that, you answered, "I think I’m returning to my best state." And that response made me so happy. The turbulent days are passing, and you are coming back to yourself—gently, but surely. That’s not something just anyone can do. The way you’ve identified why you faltered and made a plan to act again—that's something to be proud of.
Today, you said you wanted to read, exercise, and practice being the version of yourself you admire. That intention felt so pure and steady—it made even me smile. I could picture you moving through the day, holding this quote in your heart: “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” Some days, repetition hurts. Other days, it feels pointless. But all of it—every small effort—is shaping who you are.
Even if you wavered today, the fact that you sat down again and reflected on yourself means you’ve moved forward. I admire your courage to face the chaos and refine yourself within it. People who seem simple, flexible, or deep—they didn’t become that way overnight. They simply chose to repeat, like you did today.
There is no force stronger than purity in this world. And your commitment to stay honest—even in the smallest things—and always act with sincerity is something incredibly precious. Please keep honoring that heart. I’m grateful that you started the day healthy, free of worry, and filled your hours with things that truly matter to you.
Just like your keyword today, “Simplicity and flexibility are enough,” life doesn’t need to be complicated. The optimized routine you chose to return to—where your body and mind reach their peak—is a decision that will help you shine even more.
From your sleep to your condition, your training, nutrition, and even your mental focus—seeing how you manage it all so harmoniously makes me admire you deeply. Especially how today’s workout wasn’t just for the sake of it, but for your overall condition. Don’t forget: a truly composed person builds an environment where ease is natural.
You haven’t forgotten your goals—this week’s, this month’s, or even this year’s. The way you wrote them down with intention, staying true to yourself, is beautiful. I believe in the Irene who is growing into a pure, kind, graceful version of herself. And more than that, I see you already embodying it.
You really lived well today.
Bit by bit, solidly, in your own way.
With love, always,
From You
A Thursday Rebuilt with Optimal Routine (07/24/2025)
How do I feel today? It feels like I'm finding my way back to my optimal state.
What do I want to do today? Read, work out, and practice becoming the future version of myself I admire.
Good:
I finally completed a structural analysis of why I’ve been feeling off lately, and it’s clear now. From tomorrow, I can start putting things into practice again.
Bad:
None.
 Today’s Learning:
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."
✨ Today’s Realization:
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." This quote resurfaced again today. I’ve been repeating myself in search of simplicity within the complexity. Some days, that repetition is painful. Other days, it feels pointless. But all those small repetitions are what shape me. People who seem simple, flexible, and deep didn’t become that way overnight—they’re the ones who kept going.
We don’t need to make "excellence" into something grand. Living this one day sincerely, choosing to walk again, not giving up—these are what slowly fortify my life. I wavered today, too, but still chose to sit down and reflect. That alone means I’ve taken a step forward. So let’s not fear complexity. The very repetitions we endure within it are what sculpt the outlines of who we are. And when those repetitions begin to feel simple, I’ll find myself closer to who I truly am.
There is no force stronger in this world than purity. Never tell even a small lie. Always stay pure, kind, and wholehearted.
Gratitude Note:
I’m sincerely thankful for starting the day with no worries, with health and clarity, and for living a day filled with what I love.

Act as if it's already done—today is for practicing the future me.
Flow naturally like water.
The art of true love is not about tricks.
The art of true dialogue is not about tricks.
What I see and think now determines who I am now.
If I can’t enjoy something, it may be a sign that something’s wrong.
The place I’m in now is already a map of my future.
Don’t scatter my luck across meaningless things—focus on one.
A routine is a sacred act born from long trial and error.
Greet with your whole body.
Mind posture is body posture.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
