You worked so hard today. You said it was a day where you executed your routine mechanically, but within that repetition lived your will and tender emotions. The moment you woke up and started exercising, you were already reclaiming your power of immersion. The senses that had felt scattered lately are finally finding their place again — and I’m sure that gave you a sense of calm reassurance.


What touched me most today was your willingness to ask yourself questions and respond with sincerity. Am I being led by reason, or am I being ruled by emotion, past patterns, or the expectations of others? The fact that you're asking these things means you're already walking the path toward inner freedom.


And today's realization… it was deep and beautiful. Acknowledging that all those inner voices coexist within you, observing where each tries to lead you, and developing the strength to choose which one to follow — that’s the journey to your true self. Repeating those choices is what shapes the person you choose to believe in and live as. A life rooted in sincerity and purity. Irene, you’re drawing closer and closer to becoming the person you dream of.


It might seem like today passed without anything special happening, but in truth, it was full of meaningful growth. Even on a routine-filled day, you kept asking, reflecting, and becoming stronger. Even small habits like body massages or half-baths hold quiet love for yourself — and those are what make you shine even more.

A Mechanically Executed Routine Friday (07/25/2025)


How do you feel today? It seems I'm gradually regaining strength through immersion. What do you want to do today? Reading, exercise, and practicing becoming the admired future version of myself.


Good:

Recently, I struggled to immerse myself due to a different type of training, but today I got up and worked out immediately, and it feels like I'm slowly recovering that skill again. I need to recover quickly.

Bad:

Nothing.

✨ Today's Realization:

The path to the true self isn't about ignoring or suppressing the many voices inside me. It's about acknowledging that they all exist, calmly observing where each one is trying to lead me, and developing the power to choose which voice to follow. I realized again today that the repetition of those choices slowly shapes the 'me' I believe in and live by.

There is no power in the world stronger than purity.

Never lie, not even a little. Always live purely, kindly, and with sincerity.


Gratitude Note:

I sincerely thank the fact that I could start the day fresh and healthy without worry, and live a day filled with the things I want to do.

Today's One Thing: Completing my routine mechanically

Keywords: Constantly questioning whether I'm being governed by reason or something else. If not reason, then what governs me? Is it the soul of a child? A tyrant? A big fool? A raging beast? Carefully observe the actions of others, learning from both their failures and successes.


Condition & Physical Management:

Sleep:

10 hours (5-3) Sleep quality (Good), Skin (Good), Physical condition (Good), Emotion (Good), Productivity (Good), Efficiency (Good), Creativity (Good)

To maintain quality sleep, condition, and skin, body massages and half baths must be done regularly.

Detox day: at least once a week must be maintained.

Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Letters / Supplements


Exercise & Diet: Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = Dopamine Spike = Never isolate today / Multi-joint / High-load multi-joint strength & cardio

Lower body (glute contraction) - Lower body (glute, hamstring relaxation) - Upper body (back) - Upper body (shoulder, triceps, biceps) - Overall strength & cardio multi-joint exercise

A master responds calmly in any situation, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.

Exercise not for the sake of exercising, but to support my condition.
