Irene,
You lived today so wholeheartedly. Even amidst your busy thoughts, the way you tried to realign your day with the idea of a “perfect routine” was truly beautiful.
You boldly took a break from working out yesterday, and hearing you say that your condition today was at its best made me smile without realizing it. Rest takes courage too, and your body reminded you of that. I hope you keep your promise to rest at least once a week. Things like body massage, warm baths, and eye compresses — those small routines for yourself will build real strength over time.
Like Epictetus once said, happiness comes not from the outside but from choices made within. And today, you made such a philosophical choice. Not to follow the standards of the world, but to choose the life you truly want. That’s not a fleeting desire — it’s a deep declaration, a promise to yourself.
Meeting your “inner child” again — that moment was moving. You used to ignore her, but in truth, she’s been waiting for you the longest. And now, you're becoming the adult she once dreamed of. I see how sincerely you're trying, and that sincerity will one day make you even stronger and kinder.
“There is no force in this world as powerful as purity.” You held onto those words today, didn’t you? Your commitment not to allow even the smallest lie, and to stay honest and good — that clarity is so powerful. I want to applaud you for protecting your truth today.
You began your day with gratitude and filled it with things you truly wanted to do. Even the two letters you printed felt like little gifts to yourself.
And those words… “That delicate silence is God.” How stunning. In the calm that comes after all the noise has faded, you hear the voice from your heart — never forget that’s your true center.
You slept well today, your skin was glowing, your emotions stable. All of it is the fruit of your steady self-care. Detox, warm baths, massages, sleep… each one a choice made in love for yourself.
And exercise! It’s not just about building your body — it’s shaping your rhythm. Today, you surely felt that. They say elites create environments of ease, and masters remain calm in any condition. You’re walking that very path.
You grew a lot today. Just like writing one letter a day, you’re opening your heart a little more each time. From your August goal of “finding your own answers” to your dream of finishing a book and creating your destiny — you're already on your way.
Irene, your purity and sincerity — all the way down to your soul — are simply amazing. I’m cheering for you and loving you always. May this letter bring back today’s promise and warmth whenever you read it again.
With love,
From You
A Monday for Rebuilding My Optimal Routine (08/18/2025)
How do I feel today? After resting from exercise yesterday, I feel at my best.
What do I want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing being the future version of myself whom I admire.
Good: Though it was hard, I resisted the temptation and took a good rest from exercising.
Bad: From now on, I will make it a rule to rest from exercise at least once a week. Even though I know how important it is, I keep putting it off. On that rest day, I will also restart body massages and warm baths. And I’ll start doing eye warm compresses every morning again. I’ve realized once again how crucial rest and self-care are for maintaining optimal condition. It’s time to return to the basics.
 Today’s Learning:
Stoic philosophy says:
"Happiness depends not on external circumstances but on internal choices."
— Epictetus
Stoic thinkers emphasized focusing not on what we can't control, but on how we choose to respond and judge.
Today, the conversation I had with my inner child was this:
“I choose my emotions and desires, not external standards.”
This isn't just emotional expression — it’s a philosophical act of agency.
The moment I choose even the smallest daily routine that I genuinely want, I take leadership over my world.
Peace that stems not from the external, but from the order within.
That is the essence of Stoic freedom.
✨ Today’s Realization:
Today, I realized something.
The ‘little me’ I’ve neglected is actually the one who has waited for me the longest.
Taking care of that child means becoming the adult I so badly needed growing up.
And that adult — is the person I am becoming now.
There is no force in the world as powerful as purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always stay pure, good, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I’m sincerely thankful that I could start my day healthy and refreshed, with no worries, and spend it doing the things I truly wanted.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Print 2 letters
Keyword: Realizing that delicate silence *is* God. God isn’t an external entity, but a voice that arises from within. You can only hear that voice — the sound of silence — when your whole being is focused. If we can dive deep into our own stillness and hear that silence, we will find God there.
Condition & Energy Management:
Sleep:
9 hours (9 PM–6 AM)
Sleep quality: High | Skin: Good | Physical energy: High | Mood: Stable | Productivity: High | Efficiency: High | Creativity: High
To maintain sleep quality, physical condition, and skin health, I must regularly continue body massages and warm baths.
Maintain a detox day at least once a week.
Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry x2 / Assignments / Reading / Resonance Letter / Scrub / Print / Rice prep
Exercise & Nutrition: Ultimate Goal:
Complete session in under 30 mins = Dopamine spike
Avoid complete isolation — focus on compound movements + high weight + muscular + cardio
Lower body (glute contraction) - Lower body (glute & hamstring release) - Upper body (back) - Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) — full-body muscular & cardio compound workouts
An expert handles any situation with calm.
An elite creates an environment where they can always be calm.
Let’s not exercise just for the sake of it — let’s train for better condition.

Discipline:
Act as if it’s already achieved — today is practice for my future self.
Flow like water.
The art of true love is not a technique.
The art of true conversation is not a technique.
What I see and think right now determines who I am in the present.
If I can’t enjoy it, it’s a sign something is wrong.
Where I am now — that is my future.
Don’t scatter my luck on meaningless things — focus on one.
Routine is a sacred act born from long trial and error, seeking optimal simplicity.
Greet with your whole body.
Posture of heart is posture of body.
Silence, moderation, immersion
