How do you feel today? I feel so refreshed because my condition is excellent.
What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing being the future version of myself whom I admire.
Good:
I didn’t push myself through extreme situations but instead adjusted things flexibly and calmly. Thanks to that, my condition today is amazing.

� Today's Lesson:
"Love begins in a quiet room of the heart, but trust must open the door and go outside. The world outside is always unpredictable."
We start love internally, but it becomes real when trust meets the ever-changing external world. Trust is the first step that takes love into the real world. And it’s on that path that we find out whether we truly love.
✨ Today's Realization:
Today I learned: Love is a choice, and trust is a practice. And that practice is always a quiet battle within myself. Doubt seeps in without reason, and anxiety creates whole stories from a single word. But instead of letting those feelings control me, I chose to have the courage to trust the person as they are. The truth will always come out. Until then, I will trust without wavering. That is the responsibility I bear for the love I’ve chosen and the way I honor myself.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always stay pure, kind, and sincere.
