A Calmly Concluded Friday Routine (08/22/2025)
How are you feeling today? Due to the weather, my condition is a bit low, but I'm going to try to spend the day as calmly as possible. What do I want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing being the version of myself I admire in the future.
Good: I've been managing my energy well lately, so even after exercising, I can still engage in various productive activities. I feel like my skills are gradually improving.
Bad: None.
� Today's Learning:
"Words sometimes hide the truth, but silence always reveals it."
We try to reassure and confirm each other with words, but the truth often appears in the moments when words fade. The truth we face in silence comes closer than any explanation.
✨ Today's Realization:
Today, I practiced simply seeing someone's presence instead of speaking. I didn’t ask, and I didn’t interpret. Strangely, I felt more than any conversation could give.
I used to feel anxious when silence settled in, believing that "relationships must be maintained through communication." But now I understand — what comes first is the ability to feel at ease in the silence.
� When the desire to know disappears, things start to become visible.
� When I stop trying to change someone, I can finally meet their essence.
� When words are reduced, the resonance of the heart becomes stronger.
Relationships where nothing needs to be said, where feelings are conveyed without explanation — those moments are what make me stronger.
