Savoring Solitude on a Monday

by Irene

Irene,

Even the act of reflecting on today feels so precious. You woke up feeling refreshed, filled with a lightness that carried you into a day of reading, moving your body, and practicing how to live as the future version of yourself you admire. Each of those moments made you stronger.

Thanks to a well-nourished body, your condition was great, and you managed to finish all the tasks you had put off. When your body is well, your mind follows—and today, you were reminded again that physical strength is your true capability. Just don’t forget this key lesson: always eat before diving into deep structural work. Once you start, your appetite disappears and it becomes impossible to stop. It’s a reminder of how deeply you immerse yourself.

And your resolution today? Absolutely wonderful. Your most important goal for 2025: "Always arrive 30 minutes early." It’s not just about punctuality—it’s a way of living. Honor that promise tomorrow for your class, and show yourself that you are someone you can count on.

Today, you also gained a deep insight into loneliness. Like Norman Cousins said, loneliness isn't just an emotion—it’s an essential part of our existence. It’s a signal calling you back to yourself. Not a flaw, but an invitation. When you stayed with it, instead of avoiding it, you were able to meet your truest self. That courage? It’s something to be proud of.

All the small acts of care you did today—body massage, a warm bath, cleaning, organizing, reading, meal prep, assignments, exercise—each one nourished you and let you shine. You’ve been tending to your roots, and the blossoms that come from those roots are unmistakably real. People can feel that authenticity without explanation.

And Irene, just like you realized again today, there is no force stronger than purity. To live truthfully, with no lies—not even the smallest ones—that’s the life only you can live.

You didn’t exercise for the sake of it—you moved your body for your condition. You kept your multi-joint aerobic routine, and that alone shows such self-respect. They say a master handles any situation with grace, and the elite creates the conditions to always remain graceful. That sounds like you.

At the end of the day, this thought remains: "Today was a time to rehearse the future me." You are slowly, but powerfully, building your life with a consistency that rises from your very roots.

Knowing this, I cheer for you with all my heart—and love you deeply.

Let’s continue warmly into tomorrow.

– From You

Savoring Solitude on a Monday (09/01/2025)

How are you feeling today?

I feel so refreshed and grateful for everything.

What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing living as the admired future version of myself.

Good:

After getting enough nutrition, my condition was excellent yesterday. I was able to finish all the delayed tasks at once. It turns out physical strength is truly a skill, and the key lesson is to always eat before starting structural analysis. That's the absolute core.

Bad:

I must make sure to finish all meals before structural analysis. Once I start, I can't stop, and I lose my appetite. And most importantly, the biggest goal of 2025 is to arrive 30 minutes early—without exception. Tomorrow's school class? Absolutely must arrive 30 minutes early.

Today’s Learning:

"The eternal quest of the human being is to shatter his loneliness." — Norman Cousins

Today’s Realization:

I used to think of loneliness as just an emotion. But now I understand it's a necessary space built into the structure of life. Loneliness doesn't happen because someone is absent; it comes when I'm not fully connected to myself. It's an echo from within.

Loneliness isn’t a broken feeling. It’s a signal that I need to come closer to myself—a call to find my voice again amidst the noise of the world. And today, I was able to quietly respond to that call. I realized that instead of trying to eliminate loneliness, if I have the courage to stay in that space, I begin to see my true self. In the end, loneliness is not a force that breaks me, but a starting point that builds me.

Only purity holds the strongest power in this world.

Never, ever lie—not even the smallest lie. Always live purely, kindly, and with sincerity.

Gratitude Note:

I am truly thankful that I can start the day healthy, refreshed, and filled with things I love.

Today’s Joy:

One thing for today: Prepare for school tomorrow and go to bed as early as possible.

Keyword: Consistency that flows from the roots of existence—not a state created to be seen, but a state of truly being. It’s like a tree: artificial refinement is like attaching flowers to branches—pretty but disconnected from the roots and thus short-lived. True consistency from the roots blooms flowers that draw nourishment naturally. You may not be able to explain why the flower bloomed, but everyone can feel its authenticity.

Ultimate goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes — ensure multi-joint, light-weight aerobic strength training, absolutely avoid isolation.

A true master remains calm in any situation; an elite creates the environment to remain calm.

Don’t work out just to work out—move your body for your condition.

Discipline:

Act as if it’s already achieved—today is practice for my future self.

Flow like water.

The true art of love is not to perform it.

The true art of conversation is not to manipulate it.

What I see and think now defines who I am.

If I can’t enjoy it, something is wrong.

Where I am now is my future.

Focus only on one thing to prevent my fortune from being scattered.

A routine is a sacred act refined through long trials and errors.

Greet with your whole body.

Your mindset is your body posture.

Silence. Moderation. Immersion.
