Calm and grateful.
What do I want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing being my future admired self.
Good:
Yesterday, while explaining a medical topic to Mom, I felt a wave of emotion rise — but I managed to stay calm and explained everything well. I think I’m slowly getting better. It's not the situation that caused it, but a signal that my inner self is still being refined. Respect is more important than love.

A quiet person can change me without saying a word.
In a world that demands strength, it is the refined silence of one person that helps me reclaim the 'me' I’ve lost.
We do not change each other.
By simply existing,
within each of our deep inner rooms,
a quiet “click” happens.
And beyond that door, we realize:
“This is not fate — it is a miracle I encountered at the end of the refined path I’ve walked.”
Nothing in this world is as strong as purity.
Not even the smallest lie — always stay pure, kind, and genuine.

Ultimate Goal: Within 30 mins = dopamine spike — don’t isolate today, do multi-joint / high-weight compound strength + cardio exercises.
Lower body (glute contraction) → lower body (glute/hamstring stretch) → upper body (back) → upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → overall strength & cardio compound training.
A true master can handle anything calmly. An elite creates an environment where they can always stay calm.
Don’t work out just to work out — work out to improve condition.
