Mon Enjoying the Art of Waitin

by Irene

Irene,

As the day winds down, I write you this letter again. Calling today a Monday where you enjoyed the art of waiting — what a beautiful expression. You chose depth over urgency, and I want you to know how proud I am of you.

You were exposed to unnecessary stimulation but let it pass without being shaken. That shows how much stronger your inner world has become. It's never an easy thing. Reading how immersed you were in structural analysis that your body grew tired — I saw both your passion and your need for care. Let’s remember to set alarms and take gentle breaks. Your body is part of you — treat it with the same kindness you show your heart.

Like the quote says, "Some hearts are not meant to be filled in haste, but to be held quietly and watched for a long time." Today, you grew — in the way you understand love, in how you approach loneliness. Your resolve to be unshakable even if you waver — that’s something truly beautiful.

Most of all, thank you for starting your day healthy and fresh, and for filling it with things you love. Your gratitude and awareness are such gifts. Your promise to keep your heart pure — not telling even the smallest lie, always being sincere and kind — it moved me.

The way you view workouts and meals as part of your inner and physical condition, not just goals to tick off, is so wise. Choosing to write a letter as your one thing today was such a tender, intentional act. You’re nurturing both body and spirit — gracefully dreaming of a calm, composed version of success. And you’re already living it.

As you reminded yourself today — act as if it’s already yours. You practiced being your future self, and every small act built a brighter version of you. Never forget that, Irene.

I’m cheering you on, always. And tomorrow, may you continue to shape yourself gently, within the beautiful art of waiting.

Always on your side,

From, Irene

A Monday Enjoying the Art of Waiting (09/15/2025)

How are you feeling today? Fulfilled and grateful for everything. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the admired version of myself in the future.

Good: I was exposed to unnecessary stimuli today, but I stayed centered and let it pass without getting shaken.

Bad: I was so deeply immersed in structural analysis that I stayed in one position for several hours. It definitely took a toll on my body. From today, I absolutely must set alarms and make sure to move within time limits. I must start practicing this without fail.

 Today’s Lesson:

"Some hearts are not meant to be filled in haste, but to be held quietly and watched for a long time." — From "Waiting in Stillness"

✨ Today’s Realization:

Today, I re-learned that love is not about speed but about depth. And enduring loneliness isn’t about remaining in emptiness, but about clearing space in my heart and preparing for what I truly desire.

Even if I may waver, I promised not to drift. With that promise, I was able to fill today calmly and tenderly, following the direction of my heart.

There is no force stronger in this world than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie — always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Note:

I’m truly thankful that I could start the day healthy and refreshed, without any worries, and live a day filled with things I love.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s one thing: Writing a letter right after my workout

Keyword: Knowing how to wait is the true art and skill of life.

Condition & Physical Care:

Sleep:

8 hours (8–8) — Sleep quality: High / Skin: Good / Physical energy: High / Emotions: Stable / Productivity: High / Efficiency: High / Creativity: High

To maintain the quality of sleep, condition, and skin, I must continue body massages and half-baths regularly.

Have at least one detox day per week.

To-do: Cleaning / Laundry / Letter / Reading / Amazon returns / Perfume order / Hair dye / Nail care

Exercise & Diet: Ultimate Goal — within 30 minutes = dopamine spike = no isolation today; compound, high-weight, multi-joint cardio and muscle work

Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip & hamstring relaxation) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Overall compound exercises & cardio

A master handles all situations calmly, and an elite creates an environment where calmness is always possible.

Exercise not just for the sake of it, but to enhance condition.

* Weekly Goal: Write one letter a day

* September Goal: Finish the book "Finding My Answer"

* 2025 Goal: Finish the book / Turn the 30-minute rule into an unshakable identity

Train character to become a purely sincere, kind, polite, humble, calm, dignified Irene / Increase external activities / Change time, people, and space / Become a billionaire

Practice:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is a rehearsal for your future self.

Flow naturally like water.

The true art of love is not to use techniques.

The true art of conversation is not to use techniques.

What you see and think now shapes who you are.

If you're not enjoying it, it's a sign something is wrong.

Where you are now is your future.

Don't scatter your luck on unnecessary things — focus on one thing.

Routine is a sacred act of discovering the optimal simplicity through long trial and error.

Greet with your whole body.

Posture of the heart is posture of the body.

Silence, moderation, immersion.
