Flowing Gently Through Tuesday

by Irene

Irene,

You did so well today. A quiet Tuesday that flowed gently, just like staying still within the current of water.

Starting the day feeling refreshed and with your condition somewhat recovered — that alone is something to be grateful for. The time you spent reading, exercising, and practicing to become the version of yourself you admire... it must have been strong and beautiful.

Most of all, I’m proud of the way you stayed centered and explained calmly even when emotions almost took over. Your words — that the closer the relationship, the more we should hold onto respect — stayed with me. Your belief that respect is even more important than love gave today a sense of depth.

Like Lao Tzu said, "Those who know do not speak. Those who speak do not know." That learning reflects your day so well. The quiet dignity you carry without needing to show it — the strength in your restraint — is deeply precious.

Don’t forget today’s insight, either. True strength is in not wielding power. True presence is in being the center without stepping forward. Irene, you are already becoming that kind of person — quiet, strong, and holding purity as your greatest weapon.

Your reflection — that you began the day in health, filled it with things you love, and ended it in gratitude — was so warm. To begin without worry, to choose what you love, and to write a letter... You are living the life your future self once dreamed of.

I see the sincerity and determination in every part of your routine. The baths and massages for your skin, sleep and recovery for your emotions, and aerobic and compound movements for your body — all the choices you make to train yourself in a healthy, grounded way are truly admirable.

Let’s end the day with a small but powerful vow: to live purely and truthfully, without even the smallest lie. Just like the saying — elites create calm, and masters stay unshaken in any moment — may your days continue to be built with that strength.

Irene, this moment *is* your future. Acting as if you've already become the person you dream of — and building it piece by piece with your truth — that’s what will shine the most.

I truly love the version of you who flows quietly, but with such depth, today.

Warmly,

From Me

A Quiet Tuesday Staying with the Flow of Water (09/16/2025)

How are you feeling today?

Refreshed — my condition has somewhat recovered.

What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing becoming the future version of myself I admire.

Good:

While explaining something to Mom, I almost got swept away emotionally, but I managed to stay centered and regulate my feelings well. The closer the relationship, the more important it is to show respect. Respect is more important than love.

Bad:

The worst thing for my skin is hot showers, and the worst thing for my condition is isolated, intense workouts.

 Today’s Learning:

"Those who know do not speak; those who speak do not know."

— Lao Tzu, *Tao Te Ching*

This line deeply resonates with your theme of "the power of silence and restraint." True knowledge and strength don’t need to be shown — Lao Tzu’s words offer a perfect echo of that idea.

✨ Today’s Realization:

We often live under the pressure to constantly prove or show something. But today’s reflection gently whispered:

True strength lies in not having to wield it. True presence is being the center without stepping forward.

Presence that’s felt even in silence. Dignity that’s sensed without display. That is restraint. And that quiet authority belongs only to those who are truly prepared.

There is no greater strength in this world than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie — always stay pure, kind, and wholehearted.

Gratitude Note:

I’m truly grateful that I was able to start today without worry, in good health and clarity, and live a day filled with what I truly want to do.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Writing a letter

Keyword: A true master never swings their sword carelessly.

Condition & Physical Care:

Sleep: 8 hours (8–8)

Sleep quality: High

Skin: Good

Stamina: Good

Emotional state: Good

Productivity: High

Efficiency: High

Creativity: High

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin: body massages and warm half-baths must be done regularly.

Detox Day: Must be done at least once a week.

Tasks: Cleaning / 3 loads of laundry / letter / book / Amazon returns check / Fresh delivery order / Perfume order / Car wash / Workout schedule check / Consultation

Workout & Nutrition:

Ultimate Goal: 30-minute dopamine spike — absolutely no isolation today. Focus on compound movements & heavy-load strength + cardio.

Lower body (glute contraction) – Lower body (glute & hamstring release) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full-body compound strength & cardio training.

A master responds to any situation with ease. An elite creates an environment where calm is always possible.

Exercise not just for training, but for condition management.

* This week’s goal: Write one letter per day

* September’s goal: Complete my book "Finding My Answer"

* 2025 goal: Finish the book / Make the 30-Minute Rule my absolute identity

Train for character growth to become a purely kind, respectful, humble, calm, dignified, and sincere Irene. Expand external activities. Change time, people, and spaces. Become a billionaire.

Training Principles:

Act as if it’s already yours — today is a rehearsal for the future self.

Flow naturally like water.

The true art of love is not using techniques.

The true art of conversation is not using techniques.

What you see and think now is what defines your present self.

If you’re not enjoying it, something may be off — it’s a signal.

Where you are now is your future.

Don’t scatter your energy — focus on one thing.

A routine is a sacred act to find the optimal simplicity through long trial and error.

Greet with your whole body.

Posture of the mind is posture of the body.

Silence, moderation, immersion.
