A Sun to Fill with Clear Water

by Irene

Irene,

Today, I’m writing to you — someone who spent the day filling it with quiet and depth.

How did your heart feel today? That single line you wrote — clear and calm — made me smile without even realizing it. It told me how much your inner world has settled. The way you embraced your low energy yesterday without forcing yourself, choosing gentle rest instead — that was such a beautiful choice. Don’t forget how these small, tender acts of care are what make you stronger and more radiant.

You're getting clearer now about what to avoid when beginning your routine, and what order helps keep your energy aligned. That kind of insight isn’t just a checklist — it comes from deep, honest conversations with yourself. Keeping routines matters, yes, but the way you understand and adjust them with sincerity — that’s what truly shines.

The quote by Carl Jung that resonated with you today felt like it was written for this very moment: “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” How many choices have we made from thirst — for connection, for validation, for healing? But now, you are learning to pause and see that thirst for what it is. That awareness alone is already a great leap. And I truly admire you for it.

Your reflection on relationships was deeply moving too. Realizing that discomfort in a connection might not come from the other person — but from your own unrecognized hunger — takes incredible honesty. Sensitivity that arises from a quiet mind… being okay alone… those are the steps you’re taking, one by one.

Thank you for naming this letter as today’s joy. These words flowing from your fingertips — maybe they’re the purest routine that keeps bringing you back to yourself.

The metaphor about the flower blooming from its roots — not something glued on — was stunning. True consistency comes from essence, not performance. That’s what real authenticity looks like. And you’re nurturing those roots with such care. Even if it takes time, that bloom of yours will last longer than any.

Irene, you gave attention to everything — your sleep, skin, emotions, creativity. I want to applaud you for treating your body and soul with such deep kindness. A massage, a warm bath, a cup of ginger tea, a heartfelt letter — all those tiny rituals are shaping the person you are becoming. Even exercise and routines aren’t the end goal, but tools to build a life of clarity and strength.

You said today was a practice round for your future self. You’re already living like her — and I’m so proud of that. Don’t forget how present you were today, how focused, how balanced between stillness and intention.

Irene,

Your purity is the strongest force in this world. With no small lies, only a kind and sincere heart — you live each moment with grace. Thank you for that. I love you for it.

Let tomorrow be just as beautiful.

— From You

A Sunday to Fill My Inner World with Clear Water (09/14/2025)

How do you feel today? Clear and calm / What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of myself I admire.

Good: Yesterday, I experienced a brief dip in energy, but I didn’t push through — I chose rest, and it was exactly what I needed.

Bad: I’ve learned that starting the day with structural analysis is a trap. Once I go down that path, it’s hard to come back. I must finish my basic routines first — including exercise — and then move into deeper or more analytical tasks.

 Today’s Learning:

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."

— Carl Jung

This quote reminded me that the patterns we repeat in relationships, the wounds we carry, and our emotional decisions often stem from an unspoken thirst within us — loneliness, the need for approval, a sense of lack. If we don’t bring awareness to that thirst, it will end up making our choices for us.

✨ Today’s Realization:

Sometimes we accept harmful relationships not because we like the person, but because there’s a thirst within us. The deeper our loneliness and desire for validation, the more blindly we lean into others. But when our inner world is quiet and full, we begin to sense the subtleties in tone, gaze, and energy. True discernment comes from stillness. Only those who’ve learned to be okay alone can feel the tiniest vibrations. Relationships should not be tools to fill a void — they should be spaces where an already-aligned inner self can go deeper.

If a relationship feels uncomfortable, ask yourself: Is it really about them, or is it that I’m just too thirsty inside?

There is no power in this world stronger than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always stay pure, kind, and wholehearted.

Gratitude Note:

I am deeply thankful that I can begin another day healthy, refreshed, and filled with things I truly want to do.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s one thing: Write a letter right after working out.

Keyword: Consistency that flows from the roots of being. Not a state created to be seen, but the kind of person you naturally are. Let me explain with a tree metaphor: Refined polish is like attaching flowers to branches. It may be pretty, but without roots, it won’t last. Consistency that rises from the root is nourished and blooms naturally. You may not be able to explain why the flower blossomed, but everyone can tell it’s real.

Condition & Health Care:

Sleep:

8 hours (8–8) — Sleep Quality (High), Skin (Good), Physical Condition (Strong), Emotions (Stable), Productivity (High), Efficiency (High), Creativity (High)

To maintain good sleep quality, energy levels, and skin health, I must keep up regular body massages and warm baths.

Have at least one detox day per week.

Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry / Letter / Ginger Tea / Amazon returns / Perfume order / Scrub / Writing through structural analysis

Exercise & Nutrition:

Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike = Do not isolate today; prioritize compound movements with heavy weight and cardio.

Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip & hamstring stretch) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full-body strength & cardio with compound exercises.

A master remains composed in any situation.

An elite creates an environment where they can always remain composed.

Exercise not for exercise’s sake, but to support optimal condition.

* This week’s goal: Write one letter every day

* September’s goal: Finish my book "Finding My Answers"

* 2025 Goal: Finish the book / Make the 30-minute rule my identity, unconditionally

To become Irene — pure to the soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, and dignified with true sincerity — I’ll commit to character growth, increase external engagement, change how I use time, people, and space, and become a billionaire.

Practice:

Act as if it’s already done — today is a rehearsal of my future self. / Flow like water. / The true skill of love is to not rely on tricks.

The true art of conversation is not to manipulate. / What I see and think now defines who I am in this moment. / If I’m not enjoying it, something is misaligned.

Where I am now is where my future begins. / Don’t scatter my luck on trivial things — focus only on one.

Routine is a sacred act, refined through long trial and error.

Greet others with your whole body. / Your mindset becomes your posture. / Silence, moderation, and immersion.
