Irene,
Today, you greeted the day within the quiet emptiness that follows creation. That feeling of being hollow yet oddly full — I understand it well. But you remembered today: that emptiness is proof you’ve truly poured yourself into something.
Reading, working out, and envisioning your future self — what a beautiful way to spend the day. You stayed committed to your gratitude challenge, and I could feel the depth of your dedication in the rhythm you chose to keep.
"Writing empties me, but it also fills me." Just like those words, today you emptied yourself through writing and became fuller in the process. With each repetition, the real you is becoming clearer.
What struck me most was your quiet choice not to push away the void nor fall into it — but to simply let it be. Irene, that attitude is the mark of a true creator, full of grace and poise.
Your resolve to protect your purity, to never allow even the tiniest falsehood — it’s a quiet yet powerful decision. Don’t forget: that very purity is the strongest force in the world.
To the you who started the day with gratitude and joy, and who held onto the reminder that “when you speak of your efforts, they become lighter” — I’m sending you warm encouragement.
You took good rest, cared for your skin and condition — all these choices reflect the love you hold for your life. Every small routine is building the future you dream of.
Remember: your workouts aren’t just goals, they’re rituals for your well-being. Just like a master stays composed in all situations, today you trained in that same kind of composure.
From this week’s goal of “100 Gratitudes,” to finishing your book in October, to building the 30-minute rule into your very identity next year — you’re walking your path steadily. You’re already more than strong and admirable.
Finally, today’s reflection: "Act as if it’s already done." Your future self is growing through the way you live this present day.
Irene, thank you for all the effort you put in today. I hope you never forget how precious it is that you’re living each day with such sincerity.
With a warm heart, always cheering for you
A Saturday Letting Go of Emptiness (10/25/2025)

Good: I will continue my gratitude challenge today to make sure it doesn’t fade, and overall I’ll allow myself time for restoration.
Bad: None.

"Writing empties me, but at the same time, it fills me."
✨ Today’s Insight:
The emptiness that follows the end of a creative cycle is proof that I’ve truly passed through something with sincerity. Today, I remembered again that the way to live as a creator is not to reject or fall into that void, but to quietly allow it to sit beside me.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie — always stay pure, good, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I am sincerely thankful that I could start today feeling healthy and refreshed, without any worries, and live a day filled with the things I truly desire.
