Irene,
Today was a day filled with the word "trust." Just hearing that you kept your promises to yourself makes the whole day feel warmer. Starting and ending the day with such grounded intention — you shone brighter than usual today.
Reading that you gently processed last night’s fleeting emptiness and hollowness through movement instead of suppression moved me deeply. That kind of courage — to feel fully and let go — is truly beautiful.
The words, "Trust is the courage to offer yourself even in fear," must have settled deep into your heart. Your realization that trust isn’t just a feeling, but an act of will — a decision to withhold judgment and live through your own way of being — lingers in my mind. You’ve come to understand again that true trust isn’t about others, but an inner journey of aligning with yourself.
Your day was wrapped in gratitude and love. Your commitment to the "100 Gratitude Challenge" and your reflection that "speaking things out loud lightens the effort" — that’s so sweet. The way you take care of your body with sleep, massage, warm baths, and detox — it's not just self-care, it's an act of love.
I admire how your workouts aren’t just for fitness, but for your well-being. And your practice of "acting as if it's already yours" is a powerful bridge — bringing your future self closer, one moment at a time.
It makes me happy to see how gently and sincerely you look after yourself. With that pure heart, sincerity, and quiet strength — I know one day, all your dreams will come true. Let’s keep living with trust, just like today.
Thank you, and I love you — always.

A Sunday Filled with Trust (10/26/2025)
How are you feeling today? I feel fulfilled because I’ve filled the day with trust and promises to myself.
What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing being the future self I admire.
Good:
Last night, a sudden wave of emptiness and hollowness washed over me, but instead of suppressing or controlling it, I processed it through movement. That felt healing.
Bad:
None.
 Today’s Learning:
“We must first learn to listen to our own inner trust and the voice of our life before we can truly trust others.”
✨ Today’s Realization:
Trust is choosing to live relationships through the way I exist, without claiming the right to judge others. It’s not a feeling — it’s an attitude of will. It’s a responsibility I take for the world I allow myself to belong to. If I truly want to trust someone, I must first become someone who can give trust. And today, I’ve realized once again that this entire process is not about others, but an inner journey of tending to myself.
There is no force in the world stronger than purity.
Never lie, not even a small one.
Always act with sincerity, kindness, and pure heart.
Gratitude Note:
I’m truly thankful that I can start the day feeling healthy and refreshed, without any worries, and live it filled with things I genuinely want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: 100 Times Gratitude Challenge
Keyword: Speaking aloud makes the effort feel lighter.
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep:
10 hours (5–3), sleep quality (High), skin (Good), energy (Good), emotional state (Balanced), productivity (High), efficiency (High), creativity (High).
To maintain this quality of sleep and overall condition, I must regularly keep up with body massages and warm baths. One detox day per week is essential.
Tasks: cleaning, laundry, letters, books, account organizing, Amazon organizing.
Exercise & Nutrition:
Ultimate Goal: 30-minute sessions — dopamine spike — avoid isolation at all costs. Focus on compound, low-weight resistance & cardio.
Lower body (hip contraction) – lower body (hip & hamstring release) – upper body (back) – upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – total muscle & cardio-focused compound workouts.
A master responds to any situation with ease.
An elite creates an environment where they can always stay calm.
Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for maintaining overall condition.

Act as if it’s already yours — today is a time to rehearse your future self.
Flow naturally like water.
The true skill of love is to not manipulate.
The true art of conversation is to not use tricks.
What you see now, what you think now — that defines who you are in the present.
If you’re not enjoying it, something is off.
Where you are now is your future.
Don’t scatter your luck across meaningless things — focus on one.
Routine is a sacred act of discovering optimal simplicity through years of trial and error.
Greetings should be done with your whole body.
