Irene,
I'm so grateful for this quiet moment of writing, letting my thoughts settle softly into the evening.
Starting the day with a sense of calm and stillness — that alone feels like such a blessing. Your desire to read, move your body, and rehearse becoming the version of yourself you admire is beautiful. I can tell you’ve been living so consciously lately. You're not letting anything pass you by without care. The way you tune in to your emotions and physical state each day is something to be proud of.
Choosing movement not for the sake of movement, but for your condition — that’s such a powerful shift in mindset. To remember that your actions are for *you*, that your rhythm is yours to create, is already a sign of deep self-leadership. And the fact that you still had energy afterward to be productive and focused — what a win for the day.
Still, I hear you when you say that writing has taken most of your energy lately, and other things have started to pile up. I hope today gave you a chance to gently sort through those things and lighten your mental load. Balance is everything. Don’t be too hard on yourself — you’re already doing so well.
"Wisdom begins not with certainty, but with the ability to ask."
Maybe this was exactly the reminder you needed today. Perhaps we’ve been too quick to seek certainty when the deeper strength lies in admitting we don’t always know. Just like your realization — embracing the space of "not knowing yet" takes courage. And that courage is shaping you into someone more humble, more grounded. I love that about you.
And that gratitude note you wrote today — it even warmed *my* heart. To begin the day healthy and refreshed, and to fill your time with things you love — that kind of everyday is more precious than we often realize. But today, you remembered. And that says so much.
Your routines, your care for your physical well-being, your consistent effort — every one of those small choices matters. You're steadily preparing for the future version of you. Remember that even the seemingly small things — like massages, detox days, tidying up, reading, financial organizing — they’re all part of purifying your life, piece by piece.
Today too, let it be from sincerity, not noise.
From heart, not technique.
From questions, not conclusions.
And from process, not outcome.
I applaud the quiet, steady way you lived today.
With love, Irene.
Your steps on this path are true.
Let’s live like this again tomorrow
A Monday to Learn Humility (10/27/2025)
How are you feeling today? Calm and peaceful. / What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the version of myself I admire in the future.
Good:
Overall, I think I’m doing a good job adjusting the intensity of my workouts for the sake of my condition. Because of that, even after finishing my workout, I was able to work efficiently and productively. Let’s not exercise for the sake of exercise, but for our overall well-being.
Bad:
Lately, I’ve been so immersed in writing that other tasks have been piling up. Today, I’ll try to go through and organize the things I’ve been putting off.
 Today’s Learning:
"Wisdom begins not with certainty, but with the ability to ask."
— Yuval Noah Harari
✨ Today’s Realization:
Today, I felt deeply once again that the certainty of today can become the doubt of tomorrow. In the past, I tried to explain truth with solid words and logic, but now I realize that silence says more than words, and flexibility more than certainty. As time passes, I’ve come to learn that acknowledging what I don’t know actually makes me more honest and strong. So today, I chose to embrace the space of "not yet knowing." That space humbles me, softens me, and helps me grow.
There is no force stronger than purity.
Never, not even the smallest lie.
Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I’m sincerely thankful that I was able to start the day feeling healthy and refreshed, and that I could fill it with the things I wanted to do.
Today’s Joy:

Ultimate goal: Within 30 mins = Dopamine spike — never isolate, full-body compound low-weight aerobic muscle movements.
Lower body (glute contraction) - Lower body (glute & hamstring stretch) - Upper body (back) - Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) - Full-body compound strength + cardio.
A master responds calmly in any situation. An elite creates an environment where calm is always possible.
Again: Let’s not exercise for the sake of exercise, but for the sake of our condition.
