Irene,
Thank you for getting through today so well.
It was so nice to hear you say that your body felt light and refreshed. That uplifting energy — wanting to read, exercise, and envision your future self — made today feel truly meaningful.
Lately, your brain’s been running until late at night, and recognizing that, you chose to gently adjust your meals. That attitude is so admirable — approaching change like an experiment, and tuning into your emotions and condition with care. That’s true maturity.
And above all, clearing out all those lingering tasks yesterday probably lightened you up so much more. I believe those small wins, stacked over time, will build your resilience.
Like Carl Jung said in today’s reflection, "In the stillest moments, we find out who we truly are." I hope that line stays with you. You reminded yourself again today that emotions are like waves — they pass — and what truly protects you are the quiet beliefs rooted deep within.
Your commitment to remaining pure, never telling even the smallest lie — that’s the strongest force in this world. With a heart like that, you are truly remarkable and beautiful.
You had so much to be thankful for today — waking up healthy, living a day filled with things you love. Knowing that this isn’t always guaranteed made your gratitude shine even brighter.
Choosing the "100 Gratitudes Challenge" as your one thing today — what a beautiful intention. And the phrase "the moment I speak it out loud, effort becomes lighter" may have been exactly what you needed.
You slept well, and everything aligned — your skin, emotions, productivity, even creativity. Your promise to continue massages, warm baths, and detox days is so gentle and grounded. Keep cherishing and caring for your body that way.
Your workout plan today was so intentional. Not just moving for movement’s sake — but choosing exercise to support your condition. That’s such an important shift.
You’re in the midst of training to become the Irene who is pure to her core — kind, respectful, humble, calm, and dignified. The path might feel lonely or dull at times, but the version of you at the end of it all will be stronger and warmer than ever.
Today, you were already practicing being your future self. Every word, every thought, was aligning you with your direction. Don’t forget: routines are sacred wisdom shaped by years of trial and error. Keep living each day with intention and care.
Irene, you did really well today.
Let’s live tomorrow with just as much sincerity as we did today.
With love,
From Irene
A Tuesday of Choosing Philosophy (10/28/2025)
How do you feel today? My body feels light, and my condition is refreshed.
What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of myself that I admire.
Good:
Lately, I’ve been using my brain until just before sleep, so starting today, I’m going to adjust my diet slightly to support overall condition and brain efficiency. I’ll try it out experimentally and carefully observe how it affects my overall condition and emotional state. Also, in between writing yesterday, I managed to organize most of the tasks I had been putting off.
Bad:
None.
 Today’s Learning:
"In the stillest moments, we find out who we truly are." – Carl Jung
✨ Today’s Realization:
Emotions are fleeting. What truly protects me is always the quiet belief that sits within. Sometimes, stopping and creating distance is actually a deeper form of self-love.
There is no greater strength in this world than purity.
Never lie, not even a small one. Always be pure, kind, and wholehearted.
Gratitude Note:
I’m truly grateful that I was able to start the day healthy and refreshed, with no worries, and live a day filled with the things I want.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: 100 Gratitudes Challenge
Keyword: The moment I speak it out loud, effort becomes lighter
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep:
12 hours (5–5)
Sleep quality: High
Skin: Good
Energy: Good
Emotions: Stable
Productivity: High
Efficiency: High
Creativity: High
To maintain the quality of sleep, condition, and skin, I must continue body massages and half baths regularly. Also, I must maintain at least one detox day per week.
Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry / Letters / Reading / Recall Emails
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Spike dopamine within 30 minutes. Avoid complete isolation today. Focus on compound, low-weight, multi-joint strength and cardio training:
Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip, hamstring relaxation) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full body strength & cardio compound movements
A master stays composed in any situation, and an elite creates an environment where composure is always possible.
Don’t work out just for the sake of working out. Work out for your condition.

Practice:
Act as if it’s already yours — today is for practicing my future self.
Flow like water.
The true art of love is not using technique.
The true art of conversation is not using technique.
What I see and think now is shaping who I am.
If I can’t enjoy something, that’s a sign something’s wrong.
Where I am now is my future.
Don’t scatter your luck on useless things — focus on one thing.
Routines are sacred acts born of long trial and error, finding optimal simplicity.
Greet with your whole body.
Posture of the heart is posture of the body.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
