Irene,
Thank you for living so sincerely today.
This Tuesday, you deepened your understanding of what it means to flow with Wu Wei—to move without resistance, to let even joy pass through you without clinging. What a beautiful and powerful thing that is. It’s not just about controlling emotions, but about anchoring yourself in a peace that comes from deep within.
Yesterday, your routine was disrupted—but you weren’t shaken. You ended the day with calm and composure, and that says so much about the quiet strength you've been building. You stayed centered, and that quiet discipline is shaping you into someone even more grounded and true.
It’s so like you to choose a line from Zhuangzi as today’s lesson. Truth that’s conveyed without words, change that happens without movement—these ideas, when held in your heart, make you feel lighter and freer. Because someone like you, who can let joy pass like a flicker of light without grasping at it, is someone who can stay steady, no matter what emotion arises.
Whether it was going to the gym, planning time for a bath or body massage—you showed yourself love in so many ways. I could feel the fullness of your energy in every part of your reflection. To live a day where you move naturally, even practicing what it feels like to be your future self—that’s what it means to be truly enough, just as you are.
You, who promise never to lose your purity.\nYou, who choose not to force anything.\nYou, who trust in your routines to bring you back to center.\nAll of you—I’m grateful for, and I love deeply.
Irene, don’t forget: the life you dream of is already within you. These days you live with care and sincerity are the very days that create everything you hope for. Move without force, but with all your heart.
I love you—for exactly who you are today.
— From your own heart
A Tuesday Flowing with Wu Wei (11/04/2025)
How do you feel today? Fresh and light.
What do you want to do today? Reading, exercise, practicing becoming my admired future self.
Good:
Yesterday, due to some external obligations, I deviated from my usual routine. But instead of being disturbed or swept away by it, I stayed calm and neutral, and ended the day peacefully. Still, I recognize that following my routine in its original order brings me the most stability. True detachment (mushim) and Wu Wei are not about suppression—they’re about not being shaken and staying centered.
Bad: None.
 Today's Learning:
"The one who is full of the Way accomplishes everything without doing. They do not speak, yet the truth is conveyed. They do not move, yet people change on their own."
— Zhuangzi, Chapter: Carefree Wandering (Xiaoyao You)
Today’s Realization:
Today, I experienced that true freedom begins when even joy is allowed to pass without being held onto. The moment joy arises, if the mind intervenes to hold onto it, that feeling loses its purity and casts the shadow of attachment. The path of no-self (mu-a) is not about disappearing, but about not mistaking emotions for myself. Mushim is not suppression—it’s like a clear mirror that reflects emotions just as they are. And Wu Wei is not inaction by force, but the most mature form of agency: letting things flow naturally. Today, I took another step toward that center and learned how to dwell more deeply by not clinging to the momentary light of joy. It didn’t disappear—it seeped more quietly into me.
There is no power in this world stronger than purity.
Never lie, not even the smallest lie. Always be pure, kind, and sincere in all things.
Gratitude Note:
I am truly grateful that I was able to start the day healthy and fresh, without worry, and live a day filled with the things I love.

Act as if it’s already yours—today is rehearsal for the future me.
Flow naturally like water.
The true skill of love is in not using techniques.
The true art of conversation lies in not using tricks.
What I see and think now determines who I am in this moment.
If I can’t enjoy it, it’s a sign something’s wrong.
Where I am now is my future.
Don’t scatter my luck on unnecessary things—focus on one.
A routine is a sacred act born from long trial and error to find optimal simplicity.
Greetings are done with the whole body.
Posture of the heart is posture of the body.
Silence. Moderation. Deep immersion.
