Irene,
Today, just like the name "Walking the Tao Wednesday," you spent the day in quiet practice, letting yourself flow with ease.
Though your body felt heavy, you didn’t resist it. Instead, you stayed within that weight and moved through the day naturally. Reading, exercising, and practicing the version of yourself you admire in the future — all of it made you stronger, little by little.
Your reflection about experiencing "wu-wei" and non-attachment through movement struck a deep chord. There is a warm resonance in the realization that not forcing anything means fully trusting life itself. Today, you embodied a life of simply "being," living the Tao without needing to explain it.
Your vow to live without even the smallest lie — with purity, goodness, and sincerity — is already shining brightly. Today, you felt again that there’s no force in the world more powerful than purity. The fact that you live each day with this kind of intention is so admirable.
You began your day with clarity and filled it with the things you truly wanted. The way you expressed gratitude for that is something I want to celebrate with you. A thankful heart will continue to bring more richness and depth to your life.
"Peace doesn’t arise in quiet places, but is proven in chaos." Your determination to stay centered regardless of your surroundings is incredible. You silently completed your "one thing" — to walk and practice the Tao without judgment — and that’s something truly worth honoring.
From sleep to exercise to your meals, you’re steadily building a routine that nourishes both body and soul. The way you listen to your body and care for it with sincerity — that’s what true self-love looks like.
Today, you rehearsed the future version of yourself and acted as if it’s already here. One day, that version will arrive — shaped by the love and presence you’re giving now. True love and real conversation come not from technique, but from heart — and you haven’t forgotten that.
You want to be someone who is pure, kind, respectful, humble, calm, and graceful. And honestly, you already are. You lived today as your truest self, and I want to cherish that with all my heart.
Always by your side,
Irene
Walking the Tao – Wednesday (11/05/2025)
How do you feel today? My body feels heavy, but I’m going with the flow and having a good day. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing being the version of myself I admire in the future.
Good: Yesterday, throughout the day, I practiced detachment and effortless action while exercising. Following the flow allowed me to experience a state of being where the self and the world merge. It felt great. I think I can continue this practice moving forward.
Bad: None.
 Today’s Learning:
"The Tao that can be spoken is not the eternal Tao." — *Tao Te Ching*, Chapter 1
The Tao that can be explained in words is not the true Tao. It exists within a state of naturalness, unforced and genuine. What I experienced today in my effortless movement reflects a life that simply *is*.
Today’s Insight:
“There is a hidden trust in life within a state where nothing needs to be forced.”
By not resisting the signals from my body and mind, and by flowing with them, I moved naturally. This morning’s experience quietly revealed how Tao operates in real life.
There is no force in the world as strong as purity.
Never lie—not even a little—and always live with sincerity, goodness, and authenticity.
Gratitude Note:
I’m truly thankful that today I could begin my day feeling healthy and refreshed, with no worries, and live it filled with what I truly wanted to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: To walk and cultivate Tao all day without thoughts or judgments.

Train your character to become a pure, kind, courteous, humble, calm, and dignified Irene with true sincerity. Expand your external activities. Change your time, people, and space. Become a billionaire.
Practice:
Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is a time to rehearse your future self. Move naturally like flowing water. The art of true love is not using technique.
The art of true conversation is not using technique. What you see now, what you think now — they determine who you are now. If you’re not enjoying something, it’s a sign that something’s wrong.
Where you are now is your future.
Don’t let trivial matters scatter your luck — focus on one thing.
Routines are sacred acts born through repeated trial and error to find optimal simplicity.
Greet with your whole body. Your mental posture is your physical posture.
Silence. Moderation. Immersion.
