Today, I took a slow, quiet look into your day — and felt the tenderness and quiet determination within it.


You said smiling warmed your heart, didn’t you? That very smile lit up your day in the most beautiful way. I truly admire your intention to move with the flow and adjust your condition gently. The way you choose grace over perfection is what makes you even purer and stronger.


You wrote honestly about how a moment of watching Shorts broke your flow — and that honesty is brave. Your resolve not to be shaken by distractions, and to decline a handshake with elegance when needed, shows just how deeply you are learning to honor yourself. It made me proud.


I’ll remember today’s quote: "We write our own history on our faces. The face is the landscape of the heart, and the most honest record of time." That line held such deep resonance. Never forget that you are shaping that landscape gently, day by day.

A Monday with an Inner Smile (11/10/2025)


How are you feeling today? Smiling warms the heart. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing being the admired version of my future self.


Good: I’ve been doing well in practicing flowing without obsession, but I’ll try to take better care of my condition.


Bad: Watching Shorts during breaks has been disrupting my overall flow, so I’ll make an effort not to watch them anymore. Also, I’ll try my best to block any negative energy from entering in any moment. And when someone offers a handshake I don’t want to accept, I need to learn how to decline gracefully.

A master can stay composed in any situation. An elite creates environments that allow composure at all times.

Let’s not work out just for the sake of working out — let’s move for condition.
