Good:
Yesterday, I wrote a huge amount of content as ideas flowed in and while maintaining my condition. I didn’t miss a single thing and spent the day in a worldly, efficient, and fulfilling way. I’m grateful for such a day.

Today I realized that vanity is not just about wanting to appear good—it is a shadow of anxiety born from not truly looking within myself. Rather than entrusting my identity to others’ views, I’ve learned that true freedom begins with asking how *I* view *myself.*
The way to manage vanity comes from the quiet, solid strength of self-awareness.
There is no force in the world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie.
Always act with purity, kindness, and sincerity.
