How do you feel today? While listening to the sound of rain, I feel calm and at peace.
What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing being the version of myself I admire in the future.
Good: For the past two days, I tried spending time without being obsessive or rigid, simply flowing with it.
Bad: Though I aimed to stay relaxed and flow naturally, I did feel a bit ungrounded. I need to find a way to embody *wu wei* (non-action) and effortlessness, while still maintaining my daily routines.
