A Sund for Resetting Routine

by Irene

Irene,

Today flowed as gently as a calm lake. With the resumption of your workout routine after the flood warning break, it must have felt like reclaiming the roots that hold your life steady. Sometimes it’s only when we pause that we truly see how strong the foundations we've built are. Today, you were reminded again that routines don’t confine us—they gently hold us in a rhythm that nurtures us.

Your decision to reduce isolated exercises and include more muscular-aerobic movements is admirable. I’m sincerely cheering you on as you gradually evolve and move toward a better version of yourself. Writing a letter and a short piece after each workout is a beautiful ritual that will make your days feel deeper and warmer. Every small rhythm will eventually wrap around you like a flowing stream.

Just like Eckhart Tolle said, peace doesn’t come from the outside—it begins within. And as David Whyte reminds us, true freedom isn’t about letting go, but about the strength to hold on to what matters with love. You realized today that your routine wasn’t something that restricted you, but something that protected and grounded you in love.

And today, you made another vow—to live purely, without even the tiniest lie, always with kindness and sincerity. Do you realize how beautiful that promise is? Each small commitment you make brings more light into your life.

From body massages and half-baths to detox days and tidying your finances, you’re not just maintaining life—you’re cultivating it. Exercise is no longer just about outward results; it has become a loving act for your well-being. In your small daily routines and the repetition of everyday life, you are discovering yourself and living in your own unique way.

You lived today with calm and sincerity.

And to you—who continues to practice becoming your future self in every moment—I send a quiet round of applause.

Wu-wei, non-doing, egolessness... even within the ever-flowing stream, you're still finding your truest self. And at the center of it all is always your warm and pure heart. Never forget that.

I’m always cheering for you. Irene, you’re doing so well.

With love,

From Me

A Sunday for Resetting My Routine (11/16/2025)

How do you feel today? Calm and serene. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, practicing becoming the future version of myself I admire.

Good: For the past three days, I paused my workouts due to a flood warning. It reminded me once again that the routines I’ve built are the root of both my physical and mental stability. To maintain daily workouts, I need to reduce isolated exercises and improve my capacity for muscular-aerobic movements. After exercising, I plan to write something and pen a letter, arranging my energy flow to ensure the day moves smoothly like water. I’ll take breaks every 30 minutes to maintain overall productivity and efficiency.

Bad: None.

 Today’s Learning:

"Peace is not the external silence, but the state when the inner self aligns with the flow of life." — Eckhart Tolle

Today’s Realization:

"Freedom is not found in letting go of everything, but in the ability to protect what matters with love." — David Whyte

Today, I came to understand the essence of routine more deeply in the stillness. It is not a rigid framework that confines me, but the roots that support me and the center that preserves my authenticity. Sometimes, letting go is necessary, but I’ve learned that the routine I continue with love is another essential form of love I must not abandon.

There is no force in this world stronger than purity.

Never lie — not even the smallest — always act with purity, kindness, and sincerity.

Gratitude Note:

I am sincerely thankful to start another day feeling healthy and fresh, and to fill it with the things I love.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Practice my new routine — no isolated exercises, and after working out, write one letter and one piece of writing.

Keyword: “Peace is not created in quiet places, but tested in the noisiest ones.”

Condition & Physical Management:

Sleep:

16 hours (8-11), Sleep Quality: High / Skin: Good / Physical Condition: Good / Emotions: Good / Productivity: High / Efficiency: High / Creativity: High

To maintain sleep quality, overall condition, and skin health, I must regularly keep up with body massages and half-baths. At least one detox day per week must be maintained.

Cleaning / Laundry / Letters / Reading / Account Management / Scrub

Exercise & Nutrition: Ultimate goal — within 30 minutes = dopamine spike = absolutely no isolated exercises today. Focus on multi-joint / high-weight compound muscle-aerobic workouts:

Lower Body (Hip Contraction) – Lower Body (Hip & Hamstring Relaxation) – Upper Body (Back) – Upper Body (Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps) – Overall muscle & aerobic compound workouts.

A true master responds calmly under any circumstance. An elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.

Don’t exercise just for the sake of exercising — do it for optimal condition.

* This Week’s Goal: Practice Wu-wei — flowing naturally without effort or ego.

* November Goal: Daily writing following the flow of the book.

* 2025 Goal: Complete the book / Make the 30-minute rule an unshakable part of my identity.

Train to become Irene who is pure to the soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, dignified, sincere, and authentic. Increase external activities / change time, people, and space / become a billionaire.

Practice:

Act as if it is already achieved — today is the time to rehearse becoming my future self. / Flow naturally like water. / The true art of love is to use no art at all.

The true art of conversation is also to use no technique. / What I see now and what I think now determines who I am. / If I can’t enjoy something, it’s a sign something is off.

The place I am now is my future. / Do not scatter my fortune on meaningless things — focus only on one. / Routine is a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through long trials and errors.

Greet with the whole body. / The posture of the mind is the posture of the body. / Silence, moderation, im
