A Sunday of Facing Myself (11/09/2025)
How do you feel today? My body feels light and my mood is so refreshed. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing being the version of myself I admire in the future.
Good: My condition was very low due to excessive protein intake the previous day, but after adjusting my diet yesterday, I feel at my best today. Everything happens for a reason. Every small detail determines your overall condition.

Today's Realization:
Today I was reminded once again that people grow through those who can face what lies within them. Rather than waiting for an ideal person, I need to become someone who can reach that depth. Life changes the face of encounters depending on my inner state. So if I want to meet good people, I must start by looking honestly into myself.
There is no power in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.
