"I have a special attachment to my country, Korea. Every experience that I had was concentrated in the Korean field. However, I thought I was up to the point that I'm not only ready to work in Korea but also in the different countries with a broad perspective.
I value my research experience regarding freight forwarding or automation processes. It was a great opportunity to understand my major and study industrial engineering in depth.
When it comes to choosing my career anyways, they are the least desired department that I would work as a full-time job, while I have a keen interest and specialised knowledge in this position as well."

"Leaving my job wasn't an easy decision. Working in customer service for 10 years gave me valuable experience in understanding consumers' needs, problem solving, and analysing feedback. However, I want to take these skills further by transitioning into business insights where I can help drive strategic decisions.
That's why I'm particularly interested in companies like yours, which values drive insights and professional growth. I truly appreciate my time in customer service. It's given me a strong foundation in customer behaviour and data analysis.
However, I'm now looking for a role where I can apply these skills in a more strategic way, helping to turn insights into actions that drive business success. The structured nature of customer service has been rewarding, but I'm eager for more opportunities to contribute on a larger scale.
Your company's approach, where data-driven decisions and innovative thinking are valued, aligns well with my goal of transitioning into business insights."

"Working as a consultant allowed me to gain valuable experience, but I have always wanted to build my career in accounting. I believe now is the right time to make that transition before it gets too late.
Also, since I tend to be highly focused on my work, I realized that balancing multiple external clients was not the best way for me.
Instead, I want to fully immerse myself in a position within a single company where I can contribute more effectively and create better synergy."

"I liked my consulting job and learnt a lot, but accounting is what I've always wanted to do. I think it's a good time to switch now, you know, before it's too late. I'm the kind of person who really likes to focus on one thing, and I found that dealing with many different clients at once wasn't really my strong point.
I'd rather put all my energy into one company where I can do my best work and be part of a team. I think I'd be happier and more effective when I can focus deeply on one organisation instead of splitting my attention."

"I really enjoyed my consulting role and gained valuable experience, but accounting has always been my true passion. Now feels like the perfect opportunity to follow that passion!
I'm naturally someone who thrives when deeply focused on projects, and I've discovered that I can contribute my best work when I'm fully immersed in one organization's goals.
I'm excited about channeling all my energy into a single company where I can build stronger relationships and be part of a cohesive team. I believe my skills would shine even brighter when I can dedicate myself to one organization's success and growth alongside supportive colleagues."
