rule and attitude

I always think a lot about how I can deal with problematic issues concerning coworkers, consistency, and several things.

Attitude toward Coworkers

- believing in coworkers and supporting them

- let them do their projects independently, with an owners not too much interfering. 

- refining work environment.

- appropriate compliments, feedbacks and discipline.

- If you have to scold an employee, say it separately out of sight of other employees

- providing reasonable recompense ; payment

Owner's attitude

- being honest and positive

- waking up early in the morning (AM 6:00~6:30)

- keep learning, developing, and expanding business no matter how hard it is.

- sharing the owner's project and mindset with them ; sharing skedule and sales figures

- doing the best without any regret in my whole life.
