이즈미르를 대표하는 디저트이기도 하고 색다른 맛이었습니다
카이막 자체가 우유지방 덩어리를 잘 응축시켜 달콤한 쨈이나 디저트와 찰떡궁합입니다. 이즈미르 코낙 근처에 위치해 있고 전통시장 안에 있어 색다른 분위기를 느끼고 싶다면 저녁에 방문하시는 것도 추천드립니다
정말 맛있었고 재방문 의사 있습니다.

It's a dessert that represents Izmir and has a different taste.
The kaymak itself condenses the lump of milk fat well, making it a perfect match for sweet jam or dessert. It is located near Izmir Konak and is in a traditional market, so if you want to feel a different atmosphere, I recommend you to visit in the evening.
It was delicious and I want to revisit.

평가 : 마니사 케밥은 마니사에서 먹어야 하지만 이즈미르에도 맛있는 마니사 케밥이 있다하여 방문했습니다. 1970년대에 오픈하여 지금까지 꾸준히 영업 하고 있습니다. 구성은 이스켄데르 케밥처럼 녹인 버터, 구운 토마토, 고추, 요거트를 곁들여 먹는데 맛은 상당히 괜찮았고 방문하신다면 1인분 반 주문할 것을 추천드립니다. 여기도 전통시장 안에 있으니 꼭 방문하고 시장 주변도 둘러볼 것을 추천드립니다
