I wanna tell you about our country's public servants' expertise. Public servants in Korea learned only basic capabilities, but, as time goes on, they need their specialties. Amid digital advancement, they have to have digital capabilities. To do that, they should understand startup ecosystem. At the same time, they also have to know about AI, big data, blockchain, fintech, to name a few, Unfortunately, most of them don't know any about them. Because of this the government's projects have not progressed very far. This is a very serious problem which is squandering money in national budgets. In conclusion, public servants in our country should renew themselves. Especially, they should reconsider the question of getting tenure!!
