A Sunday of Sincere Gratitude for Health (02/09/2025)
How do I feel today?
I feel calm as I have almost fully recovered.
What do I want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming my admired future self.
Good:
I prioritized my recovery and had a complete rest yesterday. True rest is the ultimate form of self-care.
Bad:
None.
Lesson of the Day:
"Good words carry good energy, and bad words carry bad energy. When you use words filled with good energy, both the speaker and the listener feel uplifted."
— Saito Hitori
Gratitude Journal:
I am sincerely grateful for starting the day in good health, free of worries, and for living a day filled with what I truly desire.
Today's Joy:
One Thing: Calmly following my routine and fully recovering.
Keywords: Actor = Character Builder = Destiny / Revision, Improvement = Virtue = Direction of Destiny
Today's Realization:
"As long as there is love, technique is unnecessary to build the best human relationships. Is there an easier way than this? Rather than obsessing over technique, think of love first. As you nurture that love, you will naturally become a master of listening."
— Saito Hitori
There is no greater power in this world than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie—always be pure, good, and sincere.
Tasks: Benefactor / Calendar / Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Meal Prep / Cooking
Condition & Physical Management
Sleep:
11 hours (12 AM - 11 AM)
Sleep Quality: High
Skin: Excellent
Physical Strength: Excellent
Emotions: Stable
Productivity: High
Efficiency: High
Creativity: High
For better sleep, condition, and skin, I must consistently maintain body massages and half-baths.
A detox day at least once a week is essential.
Exercise & Diet
Ultimate Goal:
Focus on muscle-cardio rather than isolated exercises
Keep workouts under 30 minutes for a dopamine spike
Split workouts into two sessions
Multi-joint exercises with light deadlifting
Pilates stretching
"A master remains composed in any situation, and an elite creates an environment where composure is natural."
Exercise should be for conditioning, not just for the sake of working out.

This Week's Goal: Spend a full day at the Four Seasons.
February's Goal: Engage in at least one outdoor activity per week with a new routine.
2025 Goal:
Train my character to become an Irene who is purely kind, polite, humble, calm, and graceful with sincerity.
Increase outdoor activities.
Change my time, people, and environment.
Become a billionaire.
Training:
Act as if I have already achieved it—today is a rehearsal for my future self.
Move naturally, like flowing water.
The true art of love requires no techniques.
The true art of conversation requires no techniques.
What I see and think now determines who I am.
If I cannot enjoy something, it is a sign that something is wrong.
The place I am in now is my future.
Avoid spreading my energy on unnecessary things—focus on one.
Routines are sacred acts refined through years of trial and error.
Greetings should be expressed with the whole body.
Mindset shapes posture.
Silence, moderation, and immersion.
