The Wisdom of Prudence Practice on Saturday (02/08/2025)


How are you feeling today?

Since my body is in the recovery stage, I need to focus on restoring my condition as much as possible.


What do you want to do today?

Reading, exercising, and practicing the future version of myself that I admire.


Good:

I'm not being controlled by my emotions and am rationally focusing on what I can control in my current situation. I'm doing great, and recovery will come soon.


Bad:

I got swept up by my emotions and, despite knowing better, completely ruined my condition. I need to put my utmost effort into restoring my condition.


Lesson:

The foundation of wisdom is moderation.


Gratitude Note:

I'm truly thankful that today I can start my day healthy and refreshed, and fill it with the things I want to do.


Today's Joy:

Today's One Thing: Execute my routine calmly while focusing on restoring my condition.

Keyword: Impulsive feelings, fickle mood – Wisdom of Prudence = True nature.


Today's Realization:

Physical strength is skill.


Nothing is as powerful as purity in this world.

Never tell even the smallest lie and always be pure, good, and sincere.

Sleep:

Creativity: High

For better sleep quality, condition, and skin, regular body massages and half-body baths must be maintained. Detox days should be kept at least once a week.


Exercise and Diet:

Ultimate Goal: Focus on muscle cardio without isolating exercises - within 30 minutes = dopamine spike = compound movements = low weight deadlifting - muscle cardio, Pilates stretching.


An expert can calmly handle any situation, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.

Let's work out not just for the exercise but for overall well-being.

Spend a whole day at Four Seasons.


February Goal:

Start a new routine, doing outdoor activities at least once a week.


2025 Goal:

Become Irene with pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, dignified sincerity through personality growth training. Increase outdoor activities, change time, people, and spaces. Become a billionaire.


Training:

Act as if you have already achieved it – today is the time to practice the future version of yourself. Flow naturally like water.

The true art of love is not forcing it.

The true art of conversation is not forcing it.

What I see now, what I think now, will decide who I am.

If I'm not enjoying something, it's a sign that something is going wrong.

The place I am now is my future.

Focus on one thing, so my luck is not scattered on useless things.

Routine is a sacred act that finds optimal simplicity through past trial and error.

Greetings are to be made with the whole body.

My mental attitude is my physical attitude.

Silence, moderation, immersion.
