I am calm and serene, having gained many insights yesterday.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, practicing the future version of myself that I admire.
Good:
Yesterday, by allowing myself to flow with the events in my life, time, my greatest teacher, helped me realize that everything that happened was ultimately meaningful and for my benefit. I must remind myself that everything happens for a reason. Let’s just accept the unfolding gifts of life naturally, as the water flows.
Bad:
Even though I know that everyone expresses their feelings in different ways, I still find it hard to fully accept this in my heart. I must recognize that the problem lies in expecting others to express their feelings in my own way. People may express emotions in different ways and may need time to do so. Let me respect others’ pace and way of expression, without forcing the response I want. This patience will lead to better relationships.
Learning:
The Law of Attraction is a secondary law, while the fundamental law is the Law of Vibration. The Law of Vibration is based on the fact that everything is in motion and nothing is ever still. We live in a sea of emotions, thinking in tune with our frequency. Thought is energy. – Bob Procter

For skin and condition, regular body massages and half-body baths are essential.
A detox day should be maintained at least once a week.
Exercise and Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes = Two-part exercises, Multi-joint, Low weight deadlifting – Muscle-cardio, Pilates stretching.
A master can handle any situation calmly, and an elite creates an environment that allows them to remain calm.
Let’s exercise not just for fitness, but for overall condition.
