A Tuesday of Finding a Stable Routine (04/29/2025)


How do you feel today? After a long time, I had a deep sleep last night and woke up feeling so refreshed. Overall, my efficiency and productivity are at their best today. I feel amazing. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercise, and practicing becoming the future version of myself I admire.


Good:

Yesterday, I tried a completely new strategy—without worrying about momentum, I intentionally took breaks every hour. This prevented physical and mental overload and helped me maintain good condition throughout the day. As a result, I was much more productive and efficient, and again, I slept deeply for the first time in a while.


Also, when I felt like I had reached my physical limit, instead of sticking to an extreme diet, I allowed myself a small snack, which instantly replenished my energy. That led to a good night's sleep. You did so well—I’m so thankful, Irene.

Class is not just a place to gain knowledge—it is a dojo for cultivating my inner self. From now on, I will treat class not just as a time to listen and speak but as a space for rigorous silence training, filled with gratitude.


✨ Today’s Realization:

Don’t speak unnecessarily.

Ask only clear and essential questions.

Keep explanations concise and to the point.

Organize thoughts theoretically and logically without emotion.

If I interrupt someone or get interrupted—it’s a signal to stop. Do not continue.

These are not just simple rules—they are training for setting boundaries and feeling the weight of language.

Especially, restraining laughter symbolizes my resolution to stay centered. Maintain a calm and gentle smile consistently and stay focused only on my inner self.


Nothing in this world is stronger than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always act with purity, kindness, and sincerity.

Exercise & Diet: Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike = Today, avoid total isolation, focus on compound/joint-friendly low-weight aerobic strength workouts

Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip, hamstring relaxation) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full-body compound cardio and muscle workout


An expert responds calmly in any situation; an elite creates an environment where calm is always possible.

Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for optimal condition.
