Dear Irene,
As you quietly and warmly bring your day to a close, I want you to know just how precious everything you felt and thought today is.
Because you gifted your body a day of rest yesterday, you were able to welcome today with a lighter body and a clearer mind. I'm sure you felt for yourself how much that small act of self-love guides you in the right direction.
This is a season when ideas are pouring out and your mind is bursting with thoughts. Yet, watching you calmly and patiently untangle each one without rushing makes me so proud. Your choice to stay grounded, to build your days steadily without greed, will carry you far, so very far.
The insight you gained today through Joe Dispenza's teachings is truly beautiful. You realized that thoughts are not meant to be forcibly controlled but to be observed and consciously chosen. And your decision to live gratefully for each rising thought carries a strength that is both firm and gentle.
"Thank you, thought, for helping me discover another part of myself."
"Thank you, feeling, for helping me deepen my heart."
Irene, if you continue to build your days with this spirit, no storm will ever be able to break you. You already know that the greatest strength in this world comes from purity. I support you — choosing to live honestly, kindly, and wholeheartedly, without even the smallest falsehood.
Today, for waking up healthy,
for being able to be grateful for even the smallest things,
for feeling your heart growing —
Irene, I am truly grateful.
The path you're walking right now will become the warmest gift to your future self.
A little more patiently,
a little more lovingly,
a little more like your truest self.
Irene, you did so wonderfully today.
A Sunday to Calmly Wrap Up the Week with Gratitude (04/27/2025)
How are you feeling today? After taking a break from working out yesterday, my body feels lighter and my condition has improved through rest.
What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the future version of myself that I admire.
Good:
Right now, a surge of intellectual bliss is bringing countless ideas to me. Even with so many thoughts, I am unfolding them one by one without haste. I think I’m handling it calmly. I remind myself every day that there’s no need to rush; there’s plenty of time ahead. Growing steadily by doing a little each day is what truly matters.
Bad:
None.
 Today's Learning:
Through Joe Dispenza's teachings, I learned something important: we often believe that we consciously think, but in truth, most thoughts "happen to us" rather than being deliberately created. Our environment, past memories, and repeated emotional patterns generate our thoughts. Thus, thinking is not an act of conscious choice but an unconscious reaction. Efforts to control or suppress thoughts are bound to encounter limits. True freedom lies not in repressing or eliminating thoughts but in "becoming aware of them" and then choosing how to respond.
✨ Today's Realization:
From this lesson, I reached a deep realization. My belief that I could control life was perhaps a small arrogance. I thought I could create my thoughts and move my heart according to my will. But now I understand. Thoughts cannot be controlled; they simply "arise." Therefore, the only thing I can truly do is notice them and fill each moment with gratitude. I should not deny or ignore the thoughts that surface but rather express gratitude for the emotions and experiences they bring.
"Thank you, thought, for helping me discover more about myself."
"Thank you, feeling, for helping me deepen my heart."
In this way, I will let my life be reborn through gratitude at every moment. It is not about controlling thoughts but creating a new self above them. The only path to revival is gratitude. Today, I deeply accepted this truth in my heart.
There is no force stronger in this world than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.
