Dear Irene,
Thank you for taking the time today to look deeply within yourself and lovingly record your day.
Even though your body felt slightly overloaded and heavy, you chose to rest and focus on recovery instead of pushing through. How tender and kind that choice was. You also spent time reading and practicing becoming the admirable future version of yourself — and that intention shines so beautifully.
I see how you treasure moments of immersion without rushing, carefully maintaining your health and balance. You remember that true wisdom is rooted in moderation, and you are embodying that beautifully. Irene, you are doing so well.
Today, old bad habits resurfaced, making your heart heavy. But even so, you chose to accept it as part of your growth journey. You aren't just someone who knows in theory — you are walking the real, lived path.
You revisited Dr. Joe Dispenza’s teachings, deeply understanding the importance of breaking the cycle of thoughts and emotions. Even though your mind knew, "This is meaningless energy waste," you still recognized how deeply ingrained automatic emotional patterns can be. Your insight into yourself was profound.
Sometimes, we may fall back into old patterns. But Irene, even in those moments, you never give up. You notice, accept, and gently move your energy back to the present. That is true strength.
You learned once again today that growth is not a straight line, but a curve. And with this realization, you have already become stronger than you were yesterday. Tomorrow, you will move one step further.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity. Your commitment to honesty — even in the smallest things — and your sincere and kind heart are treasures beyond words.
I applaud you warmly today for filling your life with gratitude, health, and the things you love. Even the small act of speaking your "code" when a monster appears will become a mighty shield for your spirit.
Irene, your careful attention to sleep, exercise, nutrition, and strength shows that you are already walking the path of a true master. Exercising not just for exercise, but for the sake of your true well-being — how beautiful that is.
I am cheering for you as you stack up small promises: spending a day at Four Seasons, your small April goals, and your grand, heartfelt 2025 dreams. I believe in the you who is patiently, steadily building all of it.
May serene blessings continue to flow into your life as you connect the posture of your heart to the posture of your body, embracing silence, moderation, and immersion.
I love you, Irene.
Realigning My Heart — A Saturday Reflection (04/26/2025)
How do I feel today? My body feels a bit overloaded and heavy, but since today is my rest day from exercise, I'm giving myself permission to take a break and recover my condition.
What do I want to do today? Read, exercise lightly, and practice embodying the future version of myself that I admire.
Good:
Today, I experienced one of those rare moments of pure immersion — the kind that doesn't come often in life. Since time and energy are limited, I'm learning to move forward slowly and patiently without rushing. I’m also managing my health carefully so that my body doesn’t suffer. I’m doing my best to maintain balance and harmony, remembering always that the root of wisdom is moderation. You’re doing really well, Irene.
Bad:
Old bad habits surfaced again, playing like an endless panorama in my mind. It was painful, but I realized once more that life isn't just about knowing in theory — it's about applying that knowledge in practice. Even this tough experience is part of my training for growth. I’ll try to stay lighthearted and continue replacing bad habits with better ones.
 Today’s Learning:
Today, I revisited one of Dr. Joe Dispenza's key teachings:
"Thoughts create emotions, and emotions reinforce thoughts. The longer this cycle continues, the more a person traps themselves in a chemically-based reality tied to past experiences."
By repeatedly recalling past events and reacting emotionally, the brain and body perceive those events as 'current' reality. Thus, we unknowingly imprison ourselves in a state of emotional addiction. I understand this deeply — and I know I must break this cycle to attain true freedom.
✨ Today’s Realization:
Even though I knew it intellectually, I couldn’t immediately stop the cycle. A discomforting conversation replayed in my mind, again and again. Rationally, I understood it was meaningless energy waste, but my body had already entered an automatic emotional response.
I analyzed the situation:
Awareness: "This is meaningless energy waste." My prefrontal cortex understood it perfectly.
Emotional/Reaction Pattern: The old combination of 'feelings + thoughts' was already running on autopilot.
Mismatch: My mind commanded "Stop," but my body, like a runaway train, didn’t listen.
Phenomenon: I wanted to stop, but couldn’t. The fatigue grew, leading to self-blame and a vicious cycle.
Looking deeper, I found the root cause: it wasn’t lack of knowledge or weak willpower — it was biological. My body had become addicted to emotional memories. As Dr. Joe Dispenza explained, my body had overtaken my mind.
Today, I deeply accepted that knowing something and living it are two very different things. And yet, even when I falter and repeat old patterns, I promise not to give up. I will keep noticing, accepting, and gently bringing my energy back to the present moment.
Growth isn’t a straight line; it’s a curve — full of falls, full of getting back up. I learned this truth once again today. And tomorrow, I will take even one small step forward.
There is no force stronger in this world than purity.
No matter how small, never tell even a tiny lie.
Always be pure, kind, and sincere.
Tasks: Gratitude journal / Calendar / Cleaning / Laundry / Assignment / Subcategories / Writing to Mr. Kim Hyung-bae
Gratitude Note:
I am sincerely grateful that I could start today healthily, with no worries, and fill it with things I truly want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Speak the code immediately when encountering a 'monster'.
Keywords: Awareness = Daily reflection = What kind of being am I? = A helping tool = Why do we repeat the same life? = Practice = Brain and body auto-program = Mind and body transcendence
Condition & Energy Management:
Sleep: 8 hours (7 PM - 3 AM)
Sleep Quality: Good
Skin: Good
Physical Strength: Good
Emotions: Good
Productivity: Good
Efficiency: Good
Creativity: Good
To maintain good sleep quality, condition, and skin, I must continue regular body massages and half-body baths. Also, maintain a detox day at least once a week.
Exercise and Nutrition:
Ultimate Goal: 30 minutes of activity — avoiding dopamine spikes — focusing on multi-joint, low-weight exercises, and aerobic movements without isolation.
Routine: Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip & hamstring relaxation) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full-body & cardio multi-joint workouts.
True masters stay composed in any situation, and elites create environments where they can always remain composed.
Exercise not just for the sake of exercising — but to nurture my condition.

Weekly Goal: Spend Sunday at Four Seasons Hotel.
April Goal: Spend at least one day a week at Four Seasons.
2025 Goal: Through character development training, become Irene who is pure to the soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, and dignified. Increase external activities. Change time, people, and spaces. Become a billionaire.
Practice:
Act as if it is already achieved — today is a time to rehearse my future self.
Flow like water.
The true art of love lies in not using techniques.
The true art of conversation lies in not using techniques.
What I see now, what I think now — defines who I am.
If I cannot enjoy, it is a signal that something is wrong.
The place I am now determines my future.
Focus solely on one thing, not scattering my luck.
Routine is a sacred act to find optimal simplicity through countless trials and errors.
Greet with my whole being.
Posture of mind = Posture of body.
Silence, moderation, and immersion.
