And yes, your body felt a bit too sensitive afterward, maybe from the isolated exercises and supplements. But remember what you promised yourself: this week, movement isn’t about pushing. It’s about caring. Let’s choose multi-joint movements, gentle rhythm, and exercises that soothe you, not stress you.


Today’s learning really struck a chord:

A Meaningful Monday to Begin the Week (05/26/2025)


How are you feeling today? My body feels a bit heavy from pushing too hard during yesterday’s workout, but today, I’ll focus on recovery.


What do I want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing becoming the version of myself I deeply admire in the future.


Good:

Yesterday was calm and grounded. I managed to complete almost everything on my to-do list, which made the schedule feel stable. It was such a productive and efficient day — truly well done.


Bad:

My condition felt off due to taking multiple supplements and doing isolated exercises that left my muscles and nerves overly sensitive. So, for this week, I’ll stick to compound muscle movements and cardio. No more working out just for the sake of it — it’s time to move for the sake of my condition and energy.

✨ Today’s Realization:

What truly matters in life isn’t what I achieve, but what *state* I exist in.

I was reminded again of the power of staying in a high-frequency state — one of joy, comfort, and fullness. That’s the heart of the law of attraction, and it holds the power to transform an entire life.


The same goes for love. The most beautiful gift I can give is not a performance, but simply being the best version of myself — happy and fulfilled. When I start analyzing, predicting, or interpreting love, I drift away from it. Because love is not something to structure or decode. It’s something to feel — to experience fully.


So now, instead of trying to understand everything, I’ll just stay in the flow — stay in the version of me that feels good. That’s the most powerful kind of attraction.

Lower body (glute contraction) – Lower body (glute & hamstring stretch) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full body compound movements.

A master stays calm in every circumstance. An elite creates an environment that allows calm.

Let’s not move just for movement’s sake — let’s move for our overall condition.
