Irene,
Today was a Monday that welcomed you with freshness and calm. I thought of you saying how your tangled thoughts had settled, and how your mood had become clear like fresh air. You did so well. When the heart finds order, half of the healing has already begun. The things you wanted to do today—reading, working out, and practicing becoming the version of yourself you admire—each of them made you stronger and even more lovable.
There was a moment of regret too. You felt flustered during your conversation with your professor yesterday. But that, too, is a sign of growth. The way you recognized the moment, and your decision to train yourself to respond with calm and composure—that's beautiful. You don't have to be perfect. We're all just practicing, moving forward quietly, little by little.
There was a phrase in your reflections today that stood out:
"You cannot know the future or the hearts of others. Only your present self is truly yours."
Irene, this is a sentence to carry in your heart for a long time. And it felt like you truly understood it today. Rather than clinging to delusion or control, you immersed yourself in the now, staying sincere and pure. Living with honesty and heart—that’s your strength. That’s your beauty.
You began today with gratitude and filled it with meaning. You let go of the need to overanalyze and focused on being present in your routine. Just like you said—"slow is smooth, and smooth becomes fast"—you spent the day learning that direction matters more than speed.
You also took care of your body with enough sleep, balanced movement, and intentional rest. It wasn’t just a workout—it was a practice of harmony. You remembered: true masters remain calm in any situation, and the elite create environments where ease is possible. And today, you gently built that environment for yourself.
Every part of your day reflected sincerity, care, and grounded effort. Your promises for growth, the encouragements you whispered to yourself, your deliberate will—they were so beautiful. Let’s spend Sunday at the Four Seasons just for you. And like your goal for 2025, let’s keep becoming someone pure, kind, polite, humble, and full of true sincerity. This journey itself is already radiant.
Thank you, and I love you.
Always on your side,
Yourself
A Fresh Start to the Week – Monday (06/02/2025)
How do you feel today? I feel refreshed, as if all the clutter in my heart has been cleared. What do I want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of myself that I admire.
Good: Yesterday, I took time to understand the essence of a problem. With clarity and gratitude, I’m stepping into a new week and a new month.
Bad: I felt flustered while speaking with my professor yesterday. I want to train myself to speak more calmly and with more composure.
 Today’s Lesson:
"You cannot know the future or the hearts of others. Only your present self truly belongs to you." – Marcus Aurelius, Stoic Philosophy
✨ Today’s Realization:
Today, I was reminded of a very important truth. My attempts to analyze things I cannot know—like others' minds or the future—are ultimately futile. Trying to predict, control, and interpret the unknowable only drains time and energy. These are shadow fights, illusions. I’ve realized that my overthinking stems from a desire to control and gain certainty. But the real answer is incredibly simple: to immerse fully in the present moment, in today’s routine, and enjoy life as it unfolds. This is always, and in all cases, the strongest answer.
There is no power stronger than purity.
Even the smallest lies should never be told—always act with sincerity, goodness, and a full heart.
Gratitude Note:
I am deeply thankful that I can start today healthy, refreshed, and worry-free—and fill it with things I truly desire.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Let go of the habit of overanalyzing. Fully commit to the present routine.
Keywords: Quick isn’t always best / Smooth is slow, slow is smooth / Done right is done fast / If rushed, it won’t be right
Condition & Physical Management:
Sleep: 10 hours (3-1 sleep cycle) – Sleep Quality: High / Skin: Good / Physical Energy: High / Emotion: Stable / Productivity: High / Efficiency: High / Creativity: High
To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin health: body massage and half-body baths should be done regularly.
Detox day: at least once a week.
To-dos: Gratitude journal / Calendar planning / Cleaning / Laundry / Homework / Bank errands (2) / Car cleaning / Amazon return / Nails
Exercise & Nutrition:
Ultimate goal: 30-minute dopamine spike sessions. Never isolate exercises. Use compound, high-intensity strength and cardio movements.
Lower body (glute contraction) – Lower body (hip, hamstring stretch) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulder, triceps, biceps) – Full-body compound strength & cardio.
A master handles any situation with composure. An elite creates a life that allows for constant ease.
Exercise not just for exercise, but to care for overall condition.
