Irene,
Today truly lived up to the name: "A Sunday to Begin a New Practice." Your heart felt a bit tangled, but even in that, you sought clarity, offered yourself discipline, and moved gently toward healing — I’m proud of you for that.
You calmly processed yesterday’s emotions, and chose to let go of over-analysis. That decision alone reflects deep self-awareness and growth. When you said, "Now that the structural analysis is complete, I’ll stop pursuing it further," it felt quiet, but firm — a declaration of trust in the present moment.
Even the moment you felt flustered in conversation with your professor became a learning ground. You didn’t criticize yourself. Instead, you promised to train yourself — not just to speak, but to do so with calm and grace. That’s a beautiful mindset to carry.
Your lesson of the day? "Flow like water. Don’t resist. Just accept." It wrapped around you gently, didn’t it? Your confession — that you’d rather choose experience over explanation — may be the beginning of a truly Irene way of living.
You chose "breaking the habit of structural analysis" as your one thing for the day. That’s not a small task — it’s a shift in your entire way of seeing. And I’m here, cheering you on.
In your chosen keywords — beauty, nobility — I saw your desire to transcend confusion and painful thought loops. You’re holding onto freedom while nurturing peace. You’re letting life flow.
You cared for yourself attentively — from sleep and skin to movement and routines. There’s a serene love within you. And I love how you view fitness not as a duty, but as a way to honor your condition.
But the most beautiful part of today?
"Act as if it’s already done. Today is practice for your future self."
That sentence is a promise to yourself. And I believe in it — and in you. Because this moment right now is the beginning of everything.
Thank you for living so tenderly today, Irene.
I can’t wait to see how you’ll flow tomorrow.
A Sunday to Begin a New Practice (06/01/2025)
How are you feeling today?
My mind felt a little cluttered, but I’ll work through it and try to overcome it with a new method of training.
What do I want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing becoming the version of myself I admire in the future.
Good:
Yesterday, I calmly took care of what I had to do and organized my emotions. But now that the structural analysis is done, I won’t continue with it any further.
Bad:
During my conversation with my professor yesterday, I felt flustered and couldn’t speak calmly. I need to train myself to speak with more poise and composure.
 Today’s Lesson:
"Flow like water. Be natural. Don’t resist—accept."
✨ Today’s Realization:
I find myself constantly trying to understand, analyze, and predict the future. Why can’t I just experience the flow without trying to control it, and allow this moment to be as it is? I’m starting to question whether this habit of prioritizing analysis over experience and thought over feeling is truly helping me. The effort to structure and explain everything sometimes exhausts me and takes me out of the flow.
Maybe I don’t need to understand everything. Some emotions reveal themselves naturally without analysis, and some moments are more powerful when felt rather than explained. From now on, I want to choose experience over thinking, and flow over analysis. Let’s just go with it—naturally, like water.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never lie, not even the smallest one.
Always be pure, kind, and wholeheartedly sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I’m deeply thankful that I could start the day with no worries, in good health and energy, and live a day filled with what I truly desire.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Training to break the habit of structural analysis.
Keywords: Beauty, nobility / X confusion, suffering, harmful thinking = constant effort = stability without losing freedom = life flows truly in the direction of the heart
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep: 8 hours (4am–12pm)
Sleep quality: High / Skin: Good / Physical condition: Good / Mood: Good / Productivity: High / Efficiency: High / Creativity: High
To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin health, I must continue regular body massages and half baths.
Maintain at least one detox day every week.
Benefactor / Calendar / Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Meal prep / Cooking
Workout & Diet:
Ultimate goal:
Keep sessions under 30 minutes = dopamine spike = avoid isolation = focus on compound, heavy-weight, full-body cardio & strength exercises.
Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip & hamstring release) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Total muscle & cardio compound exercises.
A master responds with ease in any situation. An elite creates an environment where ease is always possible.
Let’s not work out for the sake of exercise, but for the sake of condition.

* This Week’s Goal: Spend Sunday at Four Seasons
* May’s Goal: Go to Four Seasons at least once a week
* 2025 Goal: Train for character growth to become Irene — someone purely kind, polite, humble, composed, and full of sincerity. Increase social activity. Change time, people, and space. Become a billionaire.
Practice:
Act as if it’s already done — today is a rehearsal for the future me. Flow like water. The true art of love is to not use technique.
The true art of conversation is to not use technique.
What I see and think now determines who I am.
If I’m not enjoying something, it’s a sign something’s wrong.
Where I am now is where my future is.
Don’t let my luck get scattered on useless things — focus on just one.
Routines are sacred rituals that emerge from years of trial and error.
Greet others with your whole body.
Posture of mind is posture of body.
Silence. Moderation. Deep immersion.
