Irene,
I'm writing this letter with love to you, who spent today practicing just one meaningful thing.
You said your energy is slowly recovering and that you felt quite refreshed today—I'm so relieved to hear that. When the body begins to heal, the heart naturally follows, doesn't it? With that lightness, you read, exercised, and even practiced embodying your future self. What a truly beautiful day.
Starting a new routine always feels strange and awkward at first, but today you bravely took that first step—and I'm so proud of you for that. Irene, now all you need to do is continue. That consistency will eventually transform you into someone from an entirely new dimension. You did so well today.
Like you said in today’s learning: what matters more than preparation is repeated action. More important than outcomes is the fact that *you didn’t stop.* Today, through Picasso’s story, you realized that true art doesn’t come from perfection—it comes from repetition. And that applies not only to your writing, but to your whole life. That single sentence you wrote today is what kept your inner rhythm flowing—and that is both beautiful and powerful.
What I loved most was today’s philosophy: only those who keep drawing are remembered, only those who keep writing grow. And today again, you trusted that one sentence and kept moving forward. I truly admire you.
And your purity—your commitment to never tell even the smallest lie, to live with sincerity and goodness—that’s the strongest force in this world. Living with such a heart already makes you such a kind and noble person, Irene.
You filled your day with the things you love and greeted it with gratitude and health. I applaud you for that. Even something small like printing a handwritten letter gave so much meaning to your day.
You slept well—ten hours!—and every part of your condition was marked as excellent, from skin to emotions to creativity. Let’s continue maintaining your routines like body massages, warm baths, and detox days. Today’s workout wasn’t about results but about inner balance. The way you moved your body through compound strength and cardio reflected your thoughtful approach—and your philosophy came through clearly.
You didn’t stop your inner practice either. You acted as if things were already achieved. You remembered that real love and real communication come from sincerity, not tactics. You kept believing that your current thoughts and words shape who you are now. Everything felt steady, grounded, and beautiful.
Irene, thank you for all the effort you put in today. May tomorrow be moved forward by the same gentle spirit, with one tiny, pure action that touches your own heart.
With love,
To Irene
A Sunday of Practicing One Thing (08/03/2025)
How do you feel today?
As my condition recovers, I feel refreshed.
What do I want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing to become the admired future version of myself.
Good:
I added a new routine. Though it's still unfamiliar and a bit awkward, I started it courageously. Now, all that remains is to keep doing it every day. I'm so proud and you're doing so well, Irene.
Bad:
None.
 Today's Learning:
What matters more than preparation is the repetition of action. What matters more than results is the fact that I am not stopping.
✨ Today's Insight:
"Picasso created thousands of works so that people might remember a few."
Art is born not from perfection, but from repetition. He didn’t try to control the outcome—he simply painted every day. He wasn’t afraid of failure; rather, he believed in the possibility that a unique piece could be born from it. Today, I apply that truth directly to my own life.
 One Thing I’ll Practice Today:
→ It’s okay if it’s not a perfect piece of writing. I’ll write one sentence today.
→ That one sentence will keep my inner flow going.
→ Today, I focus on continuity, not completion.
 Today’s Philosophy:
Only those who keep drawing will be remembered.
Only those who keep writing will grow.
So today, I move forward, trusting just one sentence.
There is no power in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always live with purity, kindness, and sincerity.
Gratitude Note:
I’m truly grateful that today, I could start my day healthy and refreshed, and fill it with things I truly want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s one thing: Printing a handwritten letter.

Act as if it’s already accomplished – Today is a time to practice becoming my future self. Flow like water.
The true art of love is not using technique.
The true art of conversation is not using technique.
