That clarity you felt the moment you opened your eyes—“This is the life I wanted”—what a precious and solid kind of courage that is. The realization that it’s okay not to be complicated, and that living at your own pace is already success and happiness… it’s just beautiful.


I’m so proud of you for starting a new rhythm yesterday, just as Seth Godin said, by creating art. The fact that you began at all means the spark inside you is already burning. From now on, it’s about going slowly, steadily, continuing the routine you’ve crafted. From that, an Irene-like rhythm will emerge, one that makes you even more truly yourself.

A Saturday Filled with What I Want (08/02/2025)


How do I feel today? Abundant / What do I want to do today? Reading, working out, practicing becoming the future version of myself that I admire.


Good: After adding a new routine yesterday, I truly felt, as Seth Godin says, like I’m creating art. Now that I’ve started, all that’s left is to continue with consistency.

Bad: None.

✨ Today’s Realization:

This morning, I knew it the moment I opened my eyes. That it’s okay not to be complicated. That living the life I want, doing what I love at my own pace, already means success and happiness. Starting the day with such clear awareness didn’t come from wanting to show anything to others, but from a quiet certainty that I’m truly living the life I desire. If I can feel that nothing more is needed and that I’m already enough as I am, then that is the very “richness” I’ve been searching for.


There is no power in this world stronger than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always live with purity, goodness, and sincerity.


Gratitude Note:

I sincerely thank the universe that I can start the day healthy, refreshed, and free of worry, and fill my day with what I truly want to do.

To maintain the quality of sleep, overall condition, and skin, I must regularly continue body massages and half-baths.

I must also maintain at least one detox day per week.

Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Handwritten letter / Reading / Meal prepping


Workout & Diet:

Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike. Don’t isolate today—focus on compound, heavy-load, joint-focused cardio and muscle training.

Lower body (glute contraction) → Lower body (hip, hamstring stretch) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full-body compound & cardio training


A master remains calm no matter the situation, and an elite person creates an environment where calmness is always possible.

Don’t exercise just for the sake of exercise—exercise for your condition.
