Irene,
Today, you shaped such a beautiful day within your new routine.
You began with excitement, and it’s so clear how fully your choices and intentions filled the day with purpose. I’m truly proud of you.
Writing a letter, starting a new book, imagining the future version of yourself—what a conscious and graceful way to live. These small repetitions are becoming your rhythm, and that rhythm is gently shaping your inner world with clarity and calm.
Your insight about freedom was especially powerful today.
You used to think freedom meant doing nothing. But now you know, don’t you?
True freedom is living each day moved by your own chosen rhythm.
You’re discovering meaning in it, designing a life you love—on your own terms.
And that’s a truly beautiful thing.
You lived today exactly how you wanted to.
You cared for your body and your energy, balanced rest and movement with intention.
That is a real expression of self-love.
And most of all, your commitment to staying pure and sincere—it’s beautiful.
The fact that you choose not to allow even the smallest lie shows how deeply you are connected to truth and integrity. That kind of sincerity always reaches others. It will continue to deepen and strengthen you.
Irene, just as you are, you shine more than enough.
Keep trusting your heart, and keep walking your path.
All the answers are already within you—and today, you followed them with grace.
Always on your side,
With love
A Thursday of Finding Stability in a New Routine (07/31/2025)
How do you feel today? I feel excited to begin a new challenge.
What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the version of myself I admire.
Good:
Wrote a letter for a new routine and started a new book. I took the first step yesterday. From here on, it's about the power of repetition—just continuing until it becomes a routine. It may feel a little uncomfortable and difficult right now, but we both know this discomfort is a clear sign of growth. You're doing great, Irene.
Bad: None.
 Today’s Learning:
True freedom only exists within a self-directed routine.
Having a lot of time doesn't automatically bring happiness. Freedom is found when we design our time with intention—through systems and routines we create for ourselves. Only then can we use time meaningfully, and within that freedom, the probability of happiness and success increases.
✨ Today’s Realization:
I used to think freedom meant being free from doing anything. But through Scott Adams’ insight, I learned that unstructured free time can actually lead to meaninglessness and even depression. When I repeat small actions daily within a routine I’ve created, that life isn’t just mundane—it becomes a structure for happiness. Freedom doesn’t shine through disorder, but through order.
There’s no power in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I’m genuinely thankful that I can start my day with no worries, feeling healthy and refreshed, and fill the day with things I truly want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Finish writing the first letter
Keyword: Humans are irrational. That means I, too, am irrational.
Condition & Physical Wellness:
Sleep:
10 hours (5–3), sleep quality (high), skin (good), physical condition (good), emotions (good), productivity (high), efficiency (high), creativity (high).
To maintain good sleep, skin, and overall condition, I must regularly continue body massages and half baths. A detox day at least once a week is essential.
Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Meaningful connections / Books / Cancel books / Stationery / Supplements
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = dopamine spike = no isolation today. Multijoint, heavy compound strength and cardio training.
Lower body (glute activation) - Lower body (glute & hamstring release) - Upper body (back) - Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) - Total strength & cardio-focused compound movement.
A master remains composed in all situations. An elite creates an environment where they can always remain composed.
Exercise not just for the sake of it, but for your condition.

Practice:
Act as if you've already achieved it—today is practice for your future self.
Flow like water.
The true art of love requires no technique.
The true art of conversation requires no technique.
What I see and think now defines who I currently am.
If I can’t enjoy it, it’s a signal something is off.
Where I am now is my future.
Don’t let luck scatter into trivial things. Focus on one.
Routine is a sacred act—refined through long trial and error into elegant simplicity.
Greet with your whole body.
Posture of the heart is posture of the body.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
