Irene,
This Wednesday morning began with the soft excitement of a new start gently blooming in your heart. That quiet resolve — “Let’s begin properly now” — truly shaped your day differently.
Think back to how well you practiced silence at school. You filtered your words with care, remained composed amidst distractions, and stayed true to your center. That’s something to be proud of. Even in moments where you wished you were a bit softer in explaining something to your teammate, you were already standing on the path of growth. Arriving 20 minutes late may have been a hiccup, but it reminded you again of the "30-minute rule" — not as a pressure, but a guide rooted in respect for yourself.
The quote that stayed with you today, “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom,” echoed deeply as you realized: you are not purely rational — and that’s okay. That realization was not defeat, but your point of transformation. Rather than forcing answers, you’re learning to watch yourself gently, to accept with patience. That’s the beginning of true change.
Irene, success isn’t about achievements; it’s about living a life where you can respect yourself more each day. You honored that journey today, and that in itself is something so beautiful.
You didn’t forget to care for your body and mind either — massages, warm baths, good sleep. Detox days and focused movement weren’t chores, but quiet acts of love. Your workouts weren’t just physical — they supported your emotions, creativity, and clarity. That’s such a mature and beautiful approach.
And today’s mantra: “I am irrational.” That’s not a flaw. It’s a brave confession about where your real journey begins. From that honest starting point, you’re shaping yourself day by day — and you’re already shining.
You greet the world with sincerity and meet each day with truth.
You know how powerful it is to live with honesty, avoiding even the smallest lie.
By writing this one letter today, you practiced being your future self. Just like the promise you whispered — "Act as if it’s already done."
My dear Irene,
You were more than enough today.
You did well, gently and wholeheartedly.
I see you — moving slowly but surely toward the light.
Always on your side,
Me
A Wednesday to Catch My Breath and Begin Anew (07/30/2025)
How do you feel today? I'm excited — it feels like a fresh start.
What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing becoming the future version of myself that I admire.
Good:
At school, I practiced silence well overall. I refined and expressed my words carefully, responding with awareness. I also managed to resist getting swept up in unnecessary chatter.
Bad:
When explaining something to a teammate, I think I could’ve been a bit more gentle and kind. Also, I returned to school about 20 minutes late. I must remember to stick to the 30-minute rule.
 Today’s Learning:
"Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom." — Aristotle
Aristotle says wisdom starts with self-knowledge. Today, I realized again that I am not a purely rational being — and acknowledging that truth is what sparks change. This insight is deeply connected to his quote.
✨ Today’s Realization:
I’m not a perfect being — I’m someone who’s shaped a little more each day. I used to constantly ask myself, “Why did I say that?” or “Why did I react like that?” But now, instead of rushing to answer, I’m learning to simply observe and accept. Success is no longer about achieving something. It’s about becoming a person I can respect day by day. That process — not the outcome — is success. My irrationality isn’t a failure, it’s my starting point. And today, I looked inward from that starting point.
There is no force in the world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I’m deeply thankful that I could start my day healthy, refreshed, and worry-free — and that I had the freedom to fill it with the things I love.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s one thing: Write a letter.
Keyword: Humans are irrational. Which means I, too, am irrational.
Condition & Energy Management:
Sleep:
10 hours (5+3), sleep quality: High / skin: Good / physical: Good / emotional: Good / productivity: High / efficiency: High / creativity: High
To maintain sleep quality, physical condition, and skin health, I must regularly keep up with body massage and half-baths.
Have a detox day at least once a week.
Cleaning / laundry / assignments / benefactor / books / cancel books / stationery / supplements
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes — do not isolate today. Prioritize multi-joint, heavy compound exercises & cardio.
Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip & hamstring relaxation) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full-body strength & cardio.
Masters stay calm in any situation, and elites create an environment where they can always remain calm.
Exercise not just for the sake of fitness — but for the sake of my condition.

* Weekly Goal: Stay one day at the Four Seasons Hotel
* July Goal: Practice stimulus resistance training for at least one week
* 2025 Goal: Train for character growth to become Irene — someone purely kind, polite, humble, calm, and sincere to the core. Increase outdoor activities / shift time, people, and environments / become a billionaire
Practice:
Act as if you already have it — today is a rehearsal for my future self.
Flow like water.
The true art of love lies in not using tricks.
The true art of conversation lies in not using tricks.
What I see and think now determines who I am.
If I can’t enjoy something, it may be a sign something’s off.
Where I am now is where my future will be.
Avoid scattering my luck on meaningless things — focus on one.
A routine is a sacred act that finds optimal simplicity through long trial and error.
Greet with your whole body.
Posture of heart = posture of body.
Silence. Moderation. Immersion.
