Irene,
Today was a Wednesday that flowed gently, just like water. After a deep and restful sleep, your body and mind must have felt so refreshed. A day that begins like that holds a quiet but solid strength, just like a clear river.
Yesterday, you kept up with your classes, did well on your exam, and calmly completed your presentation. You stayed true to your silence practice, and even though there was temptation, you chose to rest from working out — and because of that, today’s condition was excellent. You noticed that, and that awareness makes you so wise. More than anything, I want to hug you for taking care of yourself so well despite the temptations.
That trembling in your voice during your presentation might still be a sign that you're riding the waves of nervousness. But the effort to understand the root of that feeling — that’s growth. Your decision to look into it today felt strong and reassuring.
Just like Lao Tzu said, you seem to be truly feeling with your whole self that a life in flow needs no other force. The more you try to grip something, the more anxious you become; but when you let go, your sincerity shines through naturally. Following that flow — you’ve become so much stronger.
As you learned today, flowing doesn’t mean giving up. It means trusting yourself. I can see how much you're trying to live with sincerity and purity in the direction already set before you. Living each day with honesty and no pretense — that takes real courage.
You slept 11 full hours and cared for yourself so attentively today — from half-baths and body massages to detox routines. That version of Irene who looks after herself is so lovable. And realizing that exercise is for your well-being, not an obligation — that insight was powerful too.
Printing a handwritten letter as your One Thing for today — how beautiful that intention is. Because you choose flow over outcome, sincerity over perfection, I believe you'll continue to live so well with that heart.
From your small dream of spending a day at the Four Seasons, to your big-hearted goal of becoming a deeply sincere and genuine Irene by 2025 — it’s all connected by the small practices of now.
To the you who lived today with such care, I want to say:
"Irene, even in this very moment, you’re doing more than enough."
With warmth,
From Irene to Irene
A Wednesday Flowing Like Water (08/06/2025)
How do you feel today? I had a great sleep and woke up feeling amazing. / What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, practicing becoming the version of me I admire in the future.
Good: I wasn’t late to my class yesterday, did well on the exam, and calmly completed my presentation. I also practiced silence, and though I was tempted to exercise, I chose to rest — which made today’s condition great. I’m really proud of that.
Bad: For some reason, my voice trembles during presentations — it always happens. I really want to find out why today. I think it stems from some emotional pattern, and I’ll try to research how to overcome it.
 Today’s Learning:
"He who flows as life flows needs no other force."
— Lao Tzu
✨ Today’s Insight:
Today, I learned that the more I try to hold on to outcomes, the more anxious and prone to mistakes I become.
But when I let go, what I’ve prepared naturally shines through.
Life isn’t something to control; it’s a journey to walk with trust in the flow.
Flowing doesn’t mean giving up — it means believing.
Believing that my path is already laid out,
and that I am doing just fine within it.
There is no force stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always be pure, kind, and wholehearted.
Gratitude Note:
I’m sincerely thankful that I can start this day healthy, refreshed, and fill it with things I truly want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Print out a handwritten letter
Keywords: Asking myself questions = I know myself best = I am an expert of my body / Just go with the flow = Don’t overdo it = Don’t try to be perfect = Don’t obsess over results

Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: 30-minute dopamine spike without complete isolation. Focus on compound movements with high weight and cardio.
Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip & hamstring stretch) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full-body compound muscle & cardio
A master remains composed in any situation; an elite creates an environment where composure is natural.
Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for condition.
