깨어있는 자
쇼펜하우어가 말했나?
재능자는
아무도 맞힐 수 없는 과녁을 맞히고,
천재는
아무도 보지 못하는 과녁을 맞힌다고.
하지만
깨어있는 자만이
가까이 있는 것,
궁극적으로
자기 자신을 본다.
벗이여,
아무리 모든 것을 보고 맞혀도
자기 자신을 보지 못하면,
장님에 지나지 않는다는
사실을 아는가?
늘 깨어있어,
자기 자신을 보라!
I am
the awakened one.
Did Schopenhauer say it so:
The gifted hits a mark no one else can aim at;
The genius hits a mark no one else can even see.
But only the awakened one
perceives what lies near,
ultimately
they see themselves.
Beloved friend,
however well you may sense and strike all else ,
if you cannot see yourself,
do you know
that you are no more than blind?
Always stay awake,
look at yourself!
