스스로 가는 천국
YOUR HEAVEN
나 정도면 나쁘지 않다.
뭐, 완벽하진 않지만 착한 편이다.
세상에 나쁜 사람들이 얼마나 많은데,
나 정도면 천국 가지 않을까?
교회도 매주 가고, 헌금도 내고,
꽤나 참고 착하려고 애쓰는데,
이 정도면 그래도 지옥은 면하겠지.
하지만 예수님은
바로 이것 때문에 죽으셨다.
선하고 의로운 당신,
천국은 스스로 가라.
십자가의 구원은
자신의 죄를 아는 죄인들의 것이다.

I’m not that bad, am I?
Sure, I’m not perfect, but I’m a decent person.
With so many bad people in the world,
surely someone like me will make it to heaven.
I go to church every week,
I give my offerings,
I try hard to be patient and good.
Surely that’s enough to avoid hell, right?
But Jesus died because of this.
Righteous and virtuous one,
go to heaven on your own.
The salvation of the cross
is for sinners who know their sin.

저희는 미술작가 부부로, 예술을 만나는 방식에
변화를 시도하고자 아트쉬프트를 만들었습니다.
아트쉬프트는 예술이 단순한 결과물에 그치지 않고, 예술과 삶, 작가와 관객이 함께 어우러지는
공간입니다. 작업실, 전시공간, 카페, 굿즈샵이 결합된 이곳은 예술가의 창작 과정과 그 안에 담긴 고민,
서사를 자연스럽게 나누며, 예술이 일상 속에
스며드는 문화를 만들어가고자 합니다.
We created Art x Shift with the intention of
transforming the way we as a visual artist
couple engage with art. Art x Shift is a space
where art goes beyond being a mere outcome, becoming a place where art, life, and the
connection between artists and audiences
coexist. With a combination of a studio, exhibition space, café, and a shop, this space naturallyshares the process of creation, the challenges, and narratives within, while fostering a culture where art merges with everyday life.
