하나님이 이집트에 재앙을 내리다

하나님이 모세와 아론을 다시 파라오에게 보냈어요.
모세가 파라오에게 말했어요. "하나님이 우리 민족을 보내 주라고 말씀하신다."
그러나 파라오는 하나님의 말씀을 듣지 않았어요.
하나님은 이집트에 아홉 가지 재앙을 내렸습니다; 재앙이란 안 좋은 일이 일어나는 것을 말해요.
아론이 나일 강 위로 지팡이를 뻗자, 강물이 갑자기 피로 변했어요.
개구리들이 강에서 나와 온 땅을 덮었습니다.
어느 날은 이로 꽉 찼어요; 또 다른 날엔 온 세상이 파리로 덮였어요.
그리고 이집트 사람들이 키우던 가축들이 모두 죽었습니다.
사람들은 피부에 큰 종기가 생겼어요.
그러자, 그들이 본 중에 가장 큰 태풍이 이집트에 불어왔어요.
메뚜기들이 풀과 채소들을 다 먹어치웠습니다.
사흘 동안 이집트의 낮과 밤이 너무 어두워서 아무도 밖에 나가 다닐 수가 없었어요.
하나님은 그의 큰 능력을 나타내기 위해 재앙을 내린 것입니다.
그러나 파라오는 여전히 하나님의 말씀을 따르지 않았어요.
하나님은 그를 믿는 사람들을 도와주기 위해 능력을 사용하십니다.
God sent Moses and Aaron back to Pharaoh.
Moses told Pharaoh, "God says, 'Let my people go.' "
But Pharaoh would not obey God.
God sent nine plaques to Egypt; a plaque is a very big problem.
When Aaron stretched his rod out over the water of the Nile River, suddenly the water turned blood.
Frogs came out of the river and covered the land.
One day there were gnats everywhere; anothere time everything was covered with flies.
And then all the farm animals belonging to the Egyptians died.
The people had big sores on their skin.
After that, the biggest storm the people had ever seen came to Egypt.
Then insects called locusts ate all the grass and plants.
Once, for three days and nights, it was so dark in Egypt that no one could go any where.
God sent plaques to show His great power.
But Pharaoh still would not obey God.
God uses His power to help His people.
