2022/2023 연령별 사용 가능독감 백신

다시 독감의 계절이 오고 있습니다 작년에 이어 올해도 독감 예방 주사에 대해 알아보겠습니다. 참고로 이 자료는 제가 속해 있는 캐나다 비씨주 가이드라인입니다. 

독감 바이러스는 RNA 바이러스입니다. 

Influenza A viruses

Haemagglutinin      (HA) – H1, H2, H3

Neuraminidase      (NA) – N1, N2

Influenza B viruses: Evolved into two antigenically distinct lineages since the mid-1980. Viruses from both lineages contribute to various influenza illnesses each year.

B/Yamagata

B/Victoria       

Influenza C viruses: Do not have neuraminidase. They cause mild disease in humans, do not occur seasonally and occur less frequently than A or B viruses.

Influenza vaccines for the 2022/23 influenza season

  A/Victoria/2570/2019 (H1N1) pdm09-like virus 

  A/Darwin/9/2021 (H3 N2)-like      virus (NEW      THIS YEAR)

  B/Austria/1259417/2021      (B/Victoria lineage)-like virus (NEW THIS YEAR)

  B/Phuket/3073/2013 (B/Yamagata lineage)-like virus (In quadrivalent vaccines only)

2022/2023 무료로 접종되는 백신 종류 (캐나다, 비씨 주의 경우)

4가 백신:  Quadrivalent Inactivated Influenza Vaccine (Inactivated Split Virion) (QIIV) 

                 Fluzone® Quadrivalent (multi-dose and prefilled syringes)

                 Fluzone® High Dose Quadrivalent (prefilled syringes)

3가 백신: Trivalent Inactivated Influenza Vaccine (Inactivated Subunit, Adjuvanted) (TIIV)

               Fluad® Trivalent (prefilled syringes) - New for this season MF59라는 백신 구성 요                     소가  면역 반응을 더 용이하게 합니다.

4가 생백신:  Quadrivalent Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine (LAIV-Q)

                  Flumist® Quadrivalent (nasal spray)

생후 6개월부터 8세까지 생애 최초 독감 예방주사를 맞는 경우, 최소 4주의 간격을 두고 부스터 주사를 맞아야 합니다.

FLUMIST® QUADRIVALENT: 2-17세에 사용하지만, 18-59세이지만 주사 바늘에 공포가 있고, 다른 독감 예방주사를 맞고 싶지 않다면 QIIV가 더 면역 생성에 효과적이라는 사실을 알고 있음을 동의한 후 사용 가능합니다.

  Flumist® Quadrivalent :    2 – 17 years of age

  Fluzone® Quadrivalent:    6 months – 64 years of age

  Fluad® Trivalent :    65 years of age and older residing in the community

  Fluzone® High Dose Quadrivalent:   65 years of age and older who are residents of 

                                                           long-term care, assisted living facilities and 

                                                           First Nations communities

The eligibility criteria for publicly funded influenza vaccine is universal, and therefore “Anyone else who wishes to reduce their risk of influenza” can be offered the publicly-funded flu vaccine.
