다음세대 선교를 위한 외국어 번역 기도문 5

솔로몬처럼 지혜를 간구하는, 우리 아이들이 되게 하소서

‘믿음으로 구한 것은 다 이루어진줄 믿으라’

말씀하셨던 전능하신 우리 주님,

다음 세대와 우리 아이들이 간절히 기도할 때에

언제나 먼저 자신의 유익만을 구하지 아니하고

오직 성령 충만 속에서

이웃에게 사랑을 베풀기 위해

풍요로운 지식과 지혜를 간구하는

솔로몬의 기도가 우리 아이들의 기도가 되게 하여 주시옵소서.

믿음으로 구한 지혜를 통해

세상 부귀영화,정욕만 추구하지 않게 하시고

오직 사랑과 진리이신 예수님을 닮아

지식에 절제를,절제에 인내를,인내에 경건을,

경건에 형제 우애를

형제 우애에 사랑을 더하는 모든 지식과 지혜안에

예수님을 마음의 중심에 두는

하나님의 거룩한 자녀로 자라게 해주시옵소서

May our children seek wisdom like Solomon.

Heavenly Father,
You, our Almighty Lord, who taught us that “whatever is asked in faith will be granted,” we lift up our next generation and pray for our children.

When they pray, may they, like Solomon, seek wisdom not for their own gain, but with hearts full of the Holy Spirit, desiring knowledge and understanding to love and serve others. Let their prayers reflect Solomon’s humility and earnestness in seeking discernment to guide and bless those around them.

Through the wisdom they receive in faith, guard them from pursuing worldly wealth, desires, or selfish ambition. Instead, may they grow in the likeness of Jesus—cultivating knowledge with self-control, self-control with perseverance, perseverance with godliness, godliness with brotherly kindness, and brotherly kindness with love. Let all wisdom and understanding center on Jesus, so that our children may become holy and devoted children of God.

We pray this in the precious name of Jesus Christ.
